Our caterer was a big chunk of our budget, but well worth it. Affairs to Remember was easy to work with. They had a ton of options and were eager to make sure we LOVED everything that would be served on our special day. We'd highly recommend the B3 salad, chicken parm w/ artichokes, chicken salad on tortilla chip, tuna tartar, lobster bite over corn chowder, beef wellingtons...even the things we didn't absolutely love at the tasting were still great, just not our taste. You can't go wrong with this company. Service and presentation was very impressive and professional to us and our guests. Only thing is they are a little on the pricey side, but you do get what you pay for.

Affairs to Remember was awesome! We worked with Chris, who was very helpful in planning (and lots of fun to work with). He really listened to our needs and helped us come up with a great menu. We got the sense right away that Chris knows what he's talking about and because he'd worked with our venue (Piedmont Park) many times, we knew he would make everything come together. On the day of, the decorations were beautiful, the service was excellent, and SO many people told us how good the food was. My sister is still talking about the mac and cheese a month later. :)

AMAZING! We started planning our wedding we knew the food was one of the most important things! We also knew the last thing we wanted was "wedding food" Chris at Affairs to Remember worked one on one with us and our personal chefs to create a special menu just for us! We are still hearing about how delicious everything was!

Affairs to Remember catering was amazing! I can't tell you how many of our guests raved to us about the food at our reception. My husband and I knew that we wanted a buffet style dinner with a Southern theme. Affairs provided that to us with style. Our planning liason was Chris McKinstry and I couldn't ask for anyone better. He was so easy (and fun!) to work with. Planning a wedding can be quite stressful, but I new the catering was in good hands with Chris!

Affairs to Remember is a great caterer and I do recommend it. The food was amazing and I received so many compliments from our guests. There were a few times when I would receive my menu for my review and it would be an older one before some changes we made but in the end the food that was served was exactly what we wanted. And there were supposed to be some chocolate truffles and that sort of thing passed around later in the evening and that didn't happen so I was a little disappointed. But the overall food and service was great and my husband and I got a very generous to-go package of our food which was awesome later :-)

Affairs to Remember did a wonderful job at our wedding. Chris McKinstry was a delight to work with - he helped us personalize our menu, he created the right flavor profile, and he did a thorough job at the walk-through. He is very organized and responsive. On the day of our wedding, we were pleased to find a plate of appetizers set aside for us and a designated staff member making sure we were eating, too. The food was delicious and our guests commented on the offerings long after the wedding.

I can not say enough good things. We used Dana Dabruzzi for our wedding. Dana was the best vendor we dealt with...and being that food is one of the biggest expenses (not to mention memorable if it's not good), she and Affairs exceeded my expectations. Dana was the PERFECT balance of professional yet fun to work with. She responded promptly to all emails and phone calls. And let's talk about the food...it was AMAZING! One thing we appreciated most about the actual wedding is how Affairs literally catered to my husband and I. After pictures, they had set up a private area for us to have some hor d'ourves before the reception. During the reception, a member of the staff came up to us at the perfect moments to make sure we had enough to eat and didn't need anything else. It was awesome -- we knew she was there, but she wasn't breathing down our necks or interrupting us while talking to guests! Use Affairs at your wedding. They will work with you to stay in your budget and provide great quality...with a smile!

I've attended countless weddings over the last twenty-seven years and they've all been the same. Countless carving stations with overcooked meat, unidentifiable vegistables and a fruit/cheese tray. I wanted to do away with this trend, to have guest actually enjoy the food we were spending over half our budget on. That's when I was referred to Affairs to Remember. Our tasting mimicked a five star resturants menu. Everything was phenonemal! Chris worked with us on everything from budget, food selection and decor. The extras really put Affairs over the top: table linens, bar tenders, cake cutting, etc. Our wedding was perfect and to this day guest are raving about the food. My husband and I were extremely happy to be sent off with a picnic bag full of every selection on our menu to enjoy in our hotel room afterwards. If you are looking for someone who will pay attention to detail, takes pride in their overall product and wants to see your big day be a success, then you are looking for Affairs to Remember Caterers!

Affairs to Remember did an outstanding job at our wedding. We worked with Chris McKinstry, who was so sweet and personable. He helped us personalize our menu, even creating a few special mini desserts for our dessert bar. He was very detail oriented. And most importantly, the food was delicious. We also got our linens through Affairs, and they were gorgeous. The day of the wedding, Chris and his team made sure that everything was perfect. I got so many compliments on how fresh and delicious everything was. The mini beef wellington apetizers were fabulous apetizers and the salmon and musroom risotto were delicious. The service provided was also top notch. I had a friend who dropped a camera into a bowl of dressing. A server took the bowl (with camera), cleaned it in the back, and brought it back to her. She was shocked that they had gone above and beyond. The only negative comment that we had was that the servers were too diligent in clearing the tables. A number of people mentioned that they left a plate to go dance for a bit, and came back to find that it had been cleared away. Overall, a wonderful experience working with Chris and Affairs as a whole!

We were so happy with Affairs to Remember! Dana Dabruzzi, our consultant, was wonderful to work with. She always made us feel like our wedding was her top priority. She answered emails and returned phone calls promptly and cheerfully. She had great ideas and worked with us until everything was just right. The food was delicious! Our guests were very complimentary, particularly about the mac and cheese with fried chicken bites station! Some people even went back for thirds, it was that good! We went into our wedding weekend knowing that everything regarding our food and set up would be just right - and it was! I highly recommend Affairs to Remember.

Affairs to Remember was an excellent caterer, and I am very happy we chose them. The tasting was awesome - we got to taste a wide variety of food. They were very professional and served my husband, me, my maid of honor, and her boyfriend like we were in a fine dining restaurant. They had many different presentations to choose from that were displayed at their business (where the tasting was conducted). They were also really easy to work with. They are accommodating, in that they recommended a food choice that was not on the menu for the same price. My guests loved the food at the wedding. It was delicious! Although we chose from the heavy hors d’ouevres menu, it filled my guests up and was just like eating a full meal. All the left over food was boxed up for us to take home after the reception.

I was to excited to eat but people are still telling me how good the food was. I even had people tell me they went back for seconds and thirds. Dana was the best and helped me pick a great modern and southern menu. She was very responsive to all of my emails. The liens and the design were beautiful and really captured the beautiful ballroom. Everything was so perfect. I loved the picnic she sent home with us. I broke into that late night and it was as good as the tasting.

Working with Rich at Affairs to Remember was a pleasure and we were able to offer some dishes for the more refined palate at a reasonable price. There presentation was the best of the many caterers we interviewed. The staff were great to us and our guests! My only regret is that we were not able to give our head count closer to our big day because we ended up wasting a lot of food.

I liked the way this company does their food with a nice presentation. They have food normal people eat, not just fancy foods like most companies I looked into. They did however bring one wrong dish to my wedding and they also doubled my budget. Their food tastes great and Rich Wilner is wonderful to work with. I beleive I would have had my favorite restaurant cater my event in retrospect because I would have saved a lot of money. I did like that this company includes your cake stand, linens, china and beverages besides alcohol. We did save a bundle by bringing our own alcohol and using their bartenders.

It was our tremendous pleasure to have Affairs to Remember cater our wedding. From my first tasting to the reception, I have been floored by the depth of services that they provide. Chris McKinstry, is second to none and is to be truly commended for his impecible attention to detail and his absolutely lovable personality. If it were not for Chris, I do not believe I would have had the picture perfect wedding reception that I have dreamed of since a child. The food is fabulous but the presenation is absolutely mind-blowing. All of our guest are still raving about the phenominal job they did.

After attending other weddings in Atlanta, I knew when I got engaged that I wanted Affairs as my caterer. The quality of food and presentation is superb and I don't think you can find anything better in Atlanta. They provide great packages that include everything such as linens, cake cutting, bar ware, etc. The food, presentation, and overall event set up on the day of turned out great! Affiars provides a high quality product and produces good results. However, in our planning process a few issues arose that we were not thrilled about. During the final weeks before the wedding our guest count dropped below the minimum in our contract. I had no idea this would cause so many changes to our reception. Affairs wanted to reduce the number of tables to maintain the ratio of seats/guests in the original contract even though we had already made our final payment to our florist for all of our center pieces. We ended up comprimising and reducing the number of chairs at each table. They also insisted on increasing the price per guest because we did not meet our minimum head count. I understand their reasoning for this but I wish the seriousness of the minimum count had been made more clear to us during the planning process. Overall, I would recommend Affairs. In the end the food turned out great and the reception ran smoothly!
