I had a great experience here. This was my third stop and proved to be my last. My advisor was very attentive and really listened to me and my nonverbal cues. I ended up with a fantastic dress that made me get those butterflies that tell you it is the right one. Make the trip to Peachtree City as it us well worth it!

J. Andrews was the best bridal experience for me out of the other six places I visited. Felicia picked out dresses for me that were exactly what I wanted and a few choices that I never considered. I actually ended up purchasing a gown that Felicia suggested I try! The entire staff was great! There was no pressure to purchase and Felicia gave me her complete attention for two hours! J. Andrews is a one stop shop bridal boutique. I also found my bridesmaids dresses and they have beautiful hand made jewelry. I wish I had gone to J. Andrews months ago instead of wasting my time at other places.

After visiting dozens of other bridal salons in the Atlanta area with less than stellar results, I was overwhelmed by the absolutely amazing service and selection at J. Andrew's Bridal from the very minute I walked in the door! I purchased my wedding dress and went back with all of my bridesmaids so that they too could have as wonderful an experience as I did. Even though I live over an hour from J. Andrew's, I now can't imagine shopping anywhere else - they are certainly worth the drive! :)

I loved J. Andrews! My bridesmaids had the best time, and my consultant was very helpful and professional. She made everyone feel great, unlike other places that we went to! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Let me start by saying, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. No girl deserves to go through what I and apparently other brides have gone through. I picked my wedding dress out from a trunk show in September 2010, while I didn't have any issues with that aspect, my dress was gorgeous, it was everything that transpired after that point. Please keep in mind their wedding dresses are gorgeous and they will take care of the bride on that end, but it seems that once that is through and you purchase the dress all their customer service skills go out the window. I took a few of my bridesmaids shopping in late Fall 2010, I got an idea of what the girls liked and then went home and let the rest of my girls try on dresses and then we made the final decision. When I made the initial appointment for bridesmaid dress shopping I made it with Sarah because of course she was soo helpful when I picked out my gown, but after sifting through the racks of dresses and selecting a few, I was then pawned off on another lady, and we were sent to their smallest fitting room where we tried them on. While I didn't make a decision that day on exactly what dresses I came back in 2-3 months later and this is where things started to get a little chaotic. So I come back in February to make the final bridesmaid dress decision, I scheduled an appointment. We arrive the girls are trying on their dresses, and the rooms are super crowded because of prom season coming up so their was a constant fight for the mirror. I selected two different necklines, but ultimately the same dress. I was set up with a Bridesmaid Profile Online (big joke) and told that the dress orders needed to be place by June 1st to not incurr rush fees. After getting that out of the way I had to order my veil, upon going to place the order the bridal store was confused if I had a balance or if they owed me money which was really confusing considering my mom paid for my dress in full back in September. So I walked out of the store without placing the veil order and a little on edge beacuse my dress and the decorative belt was still there. I got a call less than 30 minutes later saying they had it taken care of, still never understanding what had happened. So the bridesmaid dress orderes were supposed to be placed by June 1, 2011. I sent my girls reminders and texts, my mom called the girls, and my mom even spoke with the Store Manager and said whatever you do, do not hold the dresses up because of a girl that hasn't placed her order. I was ordering black dresses dye lot was not that big of a worry. So we hit June 1st, I knew that 4 of the 6 girls for sure had placed their order. One girl was having issues with the online site and the other girl was possibly to order a dress else where. I assumed that on June 1st that meant the 4 girls who had placed and paid for their dresses that their order was sent that day. But it was not I received a e-mail 2 weeks later saying that one of the girls (who I knew had placed their order) they were still waiting on her order. Come to find out her order had been sent to their spam folder, yes a dress order sent to their spam folder, so of course now I am worried because I know her dress wasn't ordered on June 1st the deadline, the other girl who had not placed her order was also having issues so I stated lets not worry about her, she will order hers from a store close to her. So June goes by and July rolls around and the dress orders were not placed until July 7thish, a mere month and a half after the original deadline. By this point I am panicked, but was reassured they would be here on time. So a couple weeks go by and I sent a follow up e-mail to find out delivery date, keep in mind my wedding is November 11th, the estimated delivery date is October 28th and I have bridesmaids out of state who will have to have their dresses shipped to them and altered and pray there are no issues with the dress beyond that. So at this point I am livid, my mom is livid especially after her previous conversation with the Store Manager about not holding the order for any girl. So from this point until September 2011 my mom is trying relentlessly to get the store to expedite the dresses, do something to help ensure the girls out of state will get their dresses in time to have them altered. Well needless to say there was never any committment from the Store Manager there, so in Septemeber when I had my first dress fitting my mom was in town, and was told the Store Manager would be there as well, but she wasn't, she would be in the next day. So we go in the following day and tried to get the Store Manager to committ to something for letting this slip through her fingers and leaving my bridesmaids in a bind, when we left we were told the owner would be in contact with us. So we left the store, and not even 2 hours later we had an e-mail from the Store Manager recanting every e-mail, needless to say my mother and I kept all e-mails as well. That next week we didn't have any e-mails or phone calls from the owner so my mom had to follow up, needless to say the conversation with the owner did nothing for us. So lets move to the arrival of the dresses, the first two dresses arrive October 18ish, they are one neckline, no glaring issues from what we can see, they send one to a girl out of state. She gets it and is confused on the dress size, she looked at a size chart and was a size 2, but thought she was ordering a size 4 to be safe, when the dress arrived, it was a size 10 the dress had to be brought in over 4inches, but length was ok. The second dress was fine as well, just needed minor adjustments. The remainder of the dresses were supposed to arrive on October 21st, but they were held in customs. When they finally arrive the following week, two were sent out of state and the other girl came and picked hers up. I went over on a Friday to see the dress on her, she is a fairly tall girl. We lift up the plastic and I can tell right then and there, there was no way that dress was going to be long enough, it looked tea length on the hanger. When she put the dress on the dress came to her ankles,it was supposed to be floor length and had a slight train. I was livid, and I called the store and left a message, also my shortest bridesmaid of 5'5 also had a dress that was too short which baffled me. I was called back immediately the following day. I gave the Store Manger the two options I could see to fix the issues, but then she tells me there is a third they can order fabric is the correct color from the vendor pretty fast and they can cut and make two skirts pretty fast and attach them to the bodist (how can you order fabric really fast, but you can get dresses expedited). Keep in mind one girl is local and the other girl is in Illinois. So they send a UPS label and the girl from out of State sends her dress back. This all happens less than two weeks before the wedding. The week before the wedding I go for my final fitting, my dress perfect. We learn the out of state dress hasn't arrived, so we decide to not haven't sent back to Illinois in fear something else might happen and it would get lost. The seamstress who is amazing, offers to stay there late Thursday to wait for this bridesmaid to come in so that she can be properly fitted, as well as finish the skirt on the dress. This was not her fault and she went out of her way, and I could not thank her enough, but the Store Manager at the Bridal Store did nothing for these girls. These girls were ran through the loop on their dresses, that they had paid good money for, and all I heard was "things like this happen all the time and they work out." The Store Manager did try to reach out on my privately on Facebook, but the damage was done, I dealt with issues and stress from this store long enough, it made me hate the whole wedding planning process. I would highly recommend people really reconsider before going to this place, while I would let the seamstress help me, I cannot say the same for anyone else. I know this story is long and I know they are going to send a rebuttal about this, and try to refute everything said, but they can't hide the fact that there were many complications along the way with my bridesmaid dresses.Customer service was not present, we were read a bunch of generic lines,in hopes they would cover up the glaring issue.

I had the absolute best experience buying my wedding dress at J.Andrews. Not only did I purchase my bridal gown from one of the trunk shows, but I selected my bridesmaids dresses from J.Andrews. Every single one of the ladies that works there is so sweet and helpful. They were so willing to help with any issue. I was one of those brides who wanted any excuse to try on her dress. I made about 5 separate appointments just to try on my dress. Everyone at J.Andrews was so great. I would recommend them to anyone for bridal gown, bridesmaids dress, or mother of the bride/groom dresses. Thank you for the wonderful bridal experience!

I bought my dress and bridesmaid dresses at J. Andrew's Bridal. I felt like once I purchased my dress that my priority level in their eyes dropped drastically. The disorganization of having my bridesmaids call and order their dresses was unacceptable- when they called and said they were part of our wedding the people at the dress boutique had no clue what was going on (even though I though we had worked out all of those details). When it came time to try on my dress for the first time, it was as if my dress had sat in a box until that very morning. They did not steam it so you coudl get an accurate view of where the dress falls for lenght calculations. I must say that my alternation's lady at the salon did an excellent job, however there were some issues with payment for materials that I thought were included in the price of the dress when I oringally ordered it. The shop has a huge selection and lot's of people working, I just felt like once the sale was made, customer service went out the window.

I loved shopping at this store! I had searched in my hometown for a particular style of bridal dress with no luck. I visited this store during a trunk show, but I had to go alone. They greeted me when I came in and were so accommodating and friendly. They have a great selection and fantastic customer service. Plus the lines they carry are high style and reasonable prices. I would recommend this store to any bride.

I will start my review by first saying the good and then finishing with the numerous bads! The good: they have a wonderful selection of dresses, absolutely beautiful! I found my wedding dress and my bridesmaids dresses from this store and everything came in perfect sizes (I didn’t even need to alter my dress except for the bustle which was very reasonably priced to do) and color but not without some hassle. Now if all you want is a pretty wedding dress, this is the place for you, but given that I was planning my wedding from afar and all my bridesmaids were in different states as well, I really had hoped for a little peace of mind which did not come with this place… J.Andrews Bridal added quite a bit of stress to my wedding planning, which I should’ve known would happen from their poor customer service skills. I went looking for gowns with one of my bridesmaids and was pleased to find “The Dress”, I told the sales woman that I really did like it but I of course wanted my mother to come in with me to see it before I made such a big decision/purchase given that she was footing the bill…at that point the awkwardness began, the saleswoman tried to pressure me into buying it right then and there and then she tried to get me to have my mom come that evening; even my bridesmaid told me she felt weird standing there as I felt the need to go into details about my mother’s work schedule and how it is important for her to see my dress just so the saleswoman would let me leave the store. It was very unprofessional and actually made me want to find the same dress at another bridal shop, which would’ve probably been possible, but given my time constraints of being in the Atlanta area for only a long weekend I knew that wasn’t possible – so I stood my ground and told her my mother and I would come back 2 days later as I had originally planned. I wish I had followed my instincts, because the stress had just begun. After you purchase your dress be prepared to be promptly (within 2 days) “friended” on Facebook. I was fine with this until I noticed that they do this in hopes of later tagging themselves in your professional wedding pictures to use as advertisement for their shop – which seriously, I wouldn’t have minded until I was even more disappointed with their services and made sure to “unfriend” them so that they got no extra business solely based on the beauty of my dress. My bridesmaids and I had sooo many issues with this shop that I cannot even list them all. Most of the issues stemmed from the fact that nobody knows what the heck is going on, I highly doubt they write anything down since each time I spoke to them I was told different things. They have a bridesmaid website that is supposed to keep up with all the orders and communications regarding their dress, which sounded perfect given our distances but really ended up being a hassle. Once all the orders were placed, and confirmation emails given I received a call from a sales rep call weeks later to tell me that one of my bridesmaids didn’t order her dress and that we would need to pay extra for late orders (I was told that “sometimes the website is wrong”..um, good to know!) I would receive emails stating that dresses were shipped then phone calls a week later saying something different then in store yet another different message…all these things make for a stressed out bride and that was not what anyone needs while planning a wedding. I also bought a veil that I quickly noticed wasn’t what I wanted and made sure to cancel the order according to their policy on the back of the receipt only to receive calls a month later telling me that my veil had arrived, and having to explain that I had cancelled it…then, after realizing that I hadn’t ever been refunded I was told that they kept the $300 as a credit for my bustle work that I was told would be $100. :/ Although the credit wasn’t discussed when we requested that the bustle to be done, I am certain that the date of completion WAS set, only to arrive the week before my wedding to pick up my gown (as planned) and be told that the bustle wasn’t ready and to come back 3 days later [insert panic]. The sales rep did not even apologize for not being done on time and blamed it on us for coming without an appointment…to add injury to harm, I once again had to spend time explaining that I cancelled my veil order because they claimed that I didn’t cancel it in time … In the end, I had a beautiful dress and bridal party, but the grey hairs I got dealing with this boutique earn them nothing more than 1.5 stars.

Has a great selection of gorgeous dresses, and all reasonably priced! Sara Heath is a fabulous bridal consultant and really aims to please the bride. I had a few mishaps with my dress, but overall J. Andrew's resolved the issues quickly. Also got my bridesmaids dresses there, the salon had so many to choose from and my girls loved their dresses!

They have great suggestions for every bride, a huge selection, and not to mention the most gorgeous jewelry! I found my perfect dress in one day and in only about 2 hours. A quaint little shop in Peachtree City, Ga with an accomodating staff. I have no complaints. Everything was done in a timely manner, the fitting was done correctly (fit like a glove) and I felt beautiful in my choice.

I had a great experience buying my dress at J. Andrews. I really appreciated the friendly, laid-back vibe. I was lucky enough to work with Sarah, the store manager. She understood exactly what I was looking for, and made some great suggestions of dresses that would work for my personality and body type. I ended up with a gorgeous Mikaella dress, and better yet, got a great deal at the trunk show they were having. Another consultant, Felicia, was very helpful when I came in to pick out my veil, shoes and accessories. She really helped me put the finishing touches on my look for the big day. I was also very happy with the quality and efficiency of my alterations. I would encourage any Atlanta-area brides to check out J. Andrews!

I live near TN, and was happy to drive the 3 hours to J. Andrew's Bridal for my dress. Sarah as my consultant at my first appt. She made it fun and after only trying on 3 dresses, I found "The Dress"! Throughout the year commmunicaton was great. I had questions and she answered them fast. The shop has great dresses and employees that are here to make you perfect for the big day. My alterations were perfect and I couldn't ask for more. Everyone loved my Mikaella dress and the best compliment I got was that it was the most beautful dress they ever saw! I looked at several bridal salons in my TN area and was not very happy with what I found. I'm glad and lucky to have found my dress at J.Andrew's!

I loved working with J. Andrews! I felt like a princess from the moment I stepped in the door. They didn't pressure me out of my price range and really respected my taste. I tried to keep an open mind...and actually wound up choosing the very FIRST dress I tried on. That's how great they are! I also used them for my bridesmaid dresses and I was nothing but pleased with that as welll!

I bought my wedding dress from J. Andrews bridal for my April wedding, and since I first walked into the store I have been amazed by how great they are to work with. On my first visit, Sarah pulled multiple dresses that exactly fit my style and was very patient with me while I tried them all on. My dress came in quickly and it was also easy to schedule a fitting appointment. The alterations done there were professional, timely and cost alot less than I expected. I loved working with J. Andrews and I would highly recommend them!
