Avalon Limousine Service

I am not sure what to say but Avalon Limousine was absolutely perfect. They arrived early and had our luggage loaded before we exited. The driver was very polite, the car was beautiful and the ride to Atlanta was smooth and very romantic. Perfect evening ending to our special day. i would recommend Avalon to all my friends.

You get what you pay for. We chose Avalon because they gave us a great deal on our wedding day limo and transportation from Athens to the Atlanta airport for our honeymoon. The only reason I gave them any stars at all is because the actual drivers were very courteous and punctual. On the other hand, the product and customer service provided were terrible. The wedding day limo's air conditioning was broken. So the whole wedding party, including me in my wedding dress, had to ride in a hot stuffy car with only 2 windows and no sun roof. No apology or partial refund offered. We also paid for a 6 passenger limo to take the groom and me to the airport the next morning for our honeymoon. Avalon arrived in a Lincoln Town Car. Again no refund offered. To make things worse, when the mother of the groom called the owner to complain (while we were out of the country on our honeymoon), the owner was rude and disrespectful. She has a lot of experience planning events for her company and said he was the most rude vendor she had ever worked with. My advice is to go with a more established company and don't make the same mistake we did by being fooled by their prices.

I originally chose a different limo service, and a week before my wedding, they sold their limo. The limo service never bothered to call me or explain what happened. They gave the event to Avalon Limos and I am SO glad they did! The owner called me and was very personable and understood how frustrated I was with the first limo company. Our driver was great! We talked to him on the way to our hotel, and felt very safe with him. It was an overall great experience!
