Mark of Baker's Man, Inc. was just fantastic! He knew what we wanted when we didn't and he helped us build a cake better than we ever expected! His creativity is really what completed our wedding cake. When he knew we wanted something a little more than the standard flavors, he really gave us fun options and we were able to create a cake far from the chocolate or vanilla standard! We gave him just a few design and color ideas and he created our perfect wedding cake! We can't wait to have our "top layer" on our one-year anniversary! I look forward to working with Mark on our next event! I will highly recommend him to everyone I know!

We used Mark for a wedding cake. Unfortunately I was not able to be involved in the chosing of the cake due to my horrendous schedule. Mark is a very nice gentelmen and my wife really enjoyed meeting him. Our cake was beautiful, very simple and elegant just as we asked. We had a couple of quality issues as far as the cake goes. Unfortunately as far as taste goes, I've had better cake from Publix. The other issue we had with ours was that a couple of days after the wedding the left over cake fell apart. I don't know why, I've never seen anything like it before. I would have given a higher quality score, but I don't think the quality score can exceed the value score.
I have no doubt that if I would have been involved in the cake tasting I probably would have liked it much better. I guess overall what I'm saying to all of you out there is I would reccomend Mark's services, however make sure your able to participate in the cake tasting so that you know exactly what your getting!

Mark and the team at Baker's Man Inc. blew us away with our Beatle's inspired "All You Need Is Love" Groom's Cake! When I initially e-mailed with Mark, he was attentive to my ideas and came up with a design that turned out to be exactly what I wanted but could've never come up with myself! You can't ask for more than that. The price was reasonable and they really worked with what I wanted. Everyone at the wedding commented on how unique yet elegant the cake was, and then they tasted it and said it was one of the best they'd ever had! It added so much to our wedding and I'm so glad we chose Baker's Man. I will definitely use them again the next time we need a cake for an occasion!

Mark did an incredibly job for our wedding cake! We wanted something different and that the guest would remember forever and they definitely will!! He created a combination of cake flavors and icing flavors that made everyone want a second serving and for a very affordable price. We found a picture of a cake we loved and Mark matched it perfectly and with some flowers on the top, it was the perfect wedding cake and we would highly recommend anyone use Baker's Man for their wedding or special event cake!

Mark Brickman was amazing to work with! Because my fiance' was in the military, Mark took special care not only to go over everything with me, but then he also took the time to discuss it all again with us both, when my fiance' was in town on leave. He made the experience so personal, and helped us to design a cake that uniquely represented us! To us, the wedding cake was one of our favorite elements at the reception, and we had a lot of fun in picking both the design and the flavors. The cake tasted wonderful and its design was beyond beautiful! I highly recommend Mark at the Baker's Man... you will not be disappointed!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mark and his cakes! I would absolutely reccomend him to anyone and everyone! I was planning my wedding long distance and he was absolutely the most accomodating and professional baker I interviewed...he knows what an important part of your day the cake is, and it truly shows. He provided a delicious tasting presentation for us and helped us develop exactly what our dream cake should be. We chose a square three tier, lemon cake with layers of raspberry marmalade and lemon curd butter cream filling, iced with swiss vanilla buttercream. We were absolutely blown away with not only how beautiful the cake was, but also with how unbelievably delicious it tasted, and believe me, my husband and I are very picky cake eaters!!! Not only did all of the guests rave about it at the reception, but I can't tell you how many phone calls we got over the next few days asking if they could come by and have another piece! My mouth waters just thinking about it!!! I can't wait for our first anniversary so we can eat some more...

You want the best tasting cake AND the most beautiful cake for your wedding? Then you must meet Mark and have him make you the cake of your dreams! I came to Mark with a "vision" which he executed so amazingly that our guests are still raving about it. And the taste? OMG, the best! Let's just say I can't WAIT for our one year anniversary!!!!!! YUM.

Mark was a joy to work with from start to finish. I was planning my wedding from England and he made every minute working with him easy. He is always available when needed and is willing to give his advice. We had a problem with a cake decorator in England who was making some of our cake decorations and although this was not Marks fault he bent over backwards to try and help us solve our issues. All of his cakes are amazing and ours was no different. All of our guests commented on how tasty the cake was, we have been eating it constantly since the wedding and are still not sick of it! Thank you Mark for all that you did for us to make our wedding cake amazing.

They made a last minute groom's cake for me with a complicated Elvis and accessories. It was a perfect surprise for my husband. It was exactly was I envisioned when I sent several images and a vague description. My huband was so surprised and I was thrilled. Even on shorter notice than usual they made a perfect moment for us!

The cake was great - not your typical wedding cake. A really good cake. But we wish we would have had more. I would suggest ordering more than he recommends for your number of guests. I am not sure if we got low because we saved the top layer, but I would keep this in mind when determing how big of a cake to get. Our guests wanted seconds but we didn't have anymore to give!

The cake was beautiful and exactly how we wanted it. Mark is a perfectionist and that is who you want making your wedding cake. We highly recommend Mark but book early because he fills up quickly.

Baker's Man did both our wedding and grooms cake and they were wonderful! He isn't the most personable, but don't let that stop you--he does his job and does it well! the cakes were delicious and all of our guests said so, too! He has more flavors to choose from than anyone else we tried and they were all wonderful. I can't wait for our 1 year anniversary cake! :)

Everyone at our wedding thought our cake was a true masterpiece, and I must admit, I felt the same way!!!! Mark will work with you to design a cake complimenting your wedding style. I would reccommend Mark Brickman and Baker's Man Inc, to EVERYONE I know! And he also will make you a replica of your wedding topper for your first anniversary! My husband and I are counting the days (13 more to be exact!)!!!!! We can't wait for another piece of the cake!

I wanted cupcakes and Baker's Man delivered. He has the best buttercream frosting you've ever tasted! I had 5 different types of cupcakes, all with different fillings, and beautiful fondant and chocolate decorations for each. The presentation was amazing. I over-ordered so we would have plenty to take home and we ended up taking about 10 home - they were all gone! He was so great I ended up using him for a thank you for a customer of mine at work. LOVE Baker's Man!
