Everything Lameeka did was wonderful. My cake taste great. It was beautiful. Honestly it looked like something in the magazines I would peruse frequently. I ate on it days beyond the wedding. When the wedding was over I instructed my wedding coordinator Syreea Hughley to ensure I had a "large amount" of cake waiting in my wedding suite. Without a doubt I would recommend Lameeka. The cake was sooo good I can't wait for the next event, so I can have an excuse to eat more!Thanks Lameeka! You helped to make our day wonderful and yummy!

Cakes by LaMeeka was nothing but professional during our time of business. If I could give a higher rating then 5, I would give her a *20*. LaMeeka is very good at what she does...I had high ratings even from my guest. Words can not discribe what I felt when I saw my cake. It was just what I asked for. Check it out on the website...the cake with the shoe as the ake topper. And yes the shoe is real and it's spinning. It was out of this world...and the talk of Atl for awhile. Text messages and emails hit the wire even before LaMeeka could leave the venue. I would use her again

After being in sticker shock after a cake tasting with another vendor, La'Meeka was recommended to me by my wedding planner. I found her at a great time because she was running a special that gave me a cake that was half of the price of the first vendor, but had more flavor and moistness than any I have tasted. The special included a free groomscake, free delivery, and choice of many delicious cake flavor combinations. So rather than having a high priced 3 tiered cake with one flavor, we had a decently priced 3 tiered cake with 3 different flavors AND a groomscake. Another thing I enjoyed about meeting La'Meeka was seeing how skilled she is at what she does. During the cake tasting, we asked her about a certain flavor of filling and she quickly whipped it up on the spot for us to try. You just don't get that type of service everywhere.

Cakes by La'Meeka designed a glamourous wedding cake that completely captured my personality and tasted great. La'Meeka was extremely professional and we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The cake was even more beautiful and breath taking in person, and it tasted delicious! After the wedding I posted a picture of the cake on my computer screen at work, when co-workers found out the cake was real and it was in fact mine, their mouths dropped because they thought it was a stock photo from a professional bridal magazine. I couldn't be more thankful or excited to have had La'Meeka design my cake and I would recommend her to family and friends.

Cakes By Lameeka was the best wedding cake I've every tasted. At her cake tasting she was very kind and sweet. I was so glad I decided to choice Lameeka to do my cake for my wedding. I will use her for my birthday in 2 months.

LaMeeka did a wonderful job on my cake. She was very personable and attentive at the tasting. The cake flavors and icings were so yummy that it was hard to make a choice. My cake was amazing and people are still talking about how delicious it was. I can’t thank LaMeeka enough.

My husband and I are so grateful we decided to use Cakes By LaMeeka for our wedding cake and so sorry we didn't write this review sooner. The quality of service, professionalism and quality of her cake is amazing and went well beyond our expectations. LaMeeka was there for us every step of the way from the smallest to major details and added the extra touch to make our wedding memorable. She made herself available and offered suggestions and ideas and was upfront and honest throughout the entire process. We never experienced such great service.We are very thankful for LaMeeka and her services and cant wait for her to host another event!

La'Meeka provides excellent service! The final products for our wedding cake and groom's cake were exceptional to us (the bride and groom) and our guests! The guests keep on telling us how great the cakes were. If you are looking for a wedding cake (or groom's cake) that looks great and has the taste to match to the look then she is the right cake vendor for you.

Can you say DEE-LICIOUS? How can I wait one year to eat the top tier? La'Meeka was a pleasure to work with. I told my husband I want all of my cakes from her (birthdays,baby shower, Valentiens' day, when I'm bored, etc). She worked within our budget and the guest are still talking about how good the cake was. Look no further for your cake vendor, La'Meeka's cakes not only gorgeous, but absolutely mouth watering (no exaggerations)!

LaMeeka did a phenomenal job on my bride and groom's wedding cakes. Even today, people are still talking about the design, construction, and taste of the cake. For my cake, I requested a 4 tier butter almond cake rolled in white fondant with a green fondant band at the bottom of each tier. She brillantly matched the green in my wedding to the bands of the cake. For my husband's cake, she was able to create a cake which conveyed the message I had explained. My husband's cake was an eatable money bag with sugar money flowing out of it! Plus, it was his favorite; red velvet! I will definitely look to LaMeeka to create cakes of memories for each milestone in our lives.

I've always been a plain jane wedding cake kind of girl. So when I stumbled upon Cakes by Lameeka and her white chocolate cake at a local bridal show, I was in heaven. No not because it was plain jane, but because it was anything but. It was everything a plain jane girl and her anything but ordianary cake lover husband to be could want. After meeting with Lameeka, we knew we had found our bakery. She was professional and in love with her job. Our cake arrived on time and looked more amazing than I had imagined it could. Our guest are still raving out it and asking what the unique flavor was. Lameeka was a joy to work with and I encourage all brides-to-be to set up a cake tasting. You won't find a better tasting cake in all of Atlanta... and the price... well that may be better than the cake itself.

OMG!!!!! Where do I begin??? OMG!!! Lets just say that everybody that attended my wedding are still asking me do we still have some of our wedding cake. The cakes were "DELICIOUS"!!!! The groom cake was chocolate and it was like no other cake I had tasted before. La'Meeka cakes are truly by far the best I have ever tasted....:).

Cakes by La'Meeka provided my wedding and groom's cake for my wedding in May10. The cakes turned out wonderfully. She allowed me to pick multiple flavors and every piece was fresh and moist. My husband and i celebrated our 1 yr anniversary this past May and we saved our top layer to cut on our anniversary. I was a little skeptical about eating a 1yr old frozen cake. When we defrosted the cake it was as moist as the wedding day! I was pleasantly surprised! I am trying to figure out more events that I can request La'meeka's service, so that I have a reason to order more cakes from her. May10Bride.

Where do I begin? Let's start by saying La'Meeka was sent to earth to design cakes! Besides the fact that she is so pleasant, professional, talented and prompt, she is a great person. It is a relief to know that there are still honest business people who operate with integrity and treat people with the upmost respect. We wanted a unique wedding and wanted everything to have "WOW" affect. My cake was a 5 teir red patterned cake with fondant rhinestones all over it. My husband wanted a Micheal Jordan shoe cake . They were 2 size 12 Jordan shoes!! People are still talking about how beautiful and creative our cakes were; not to mention they tasted absolutely delicious! A very big THANK YOU to La'Meeka for helping us make our wedding dreams come true!

Our wedding was 10/24/2009 and we requested Cakes by La'Meeka to provide our weeding cake. Once LaMeeka met with us by appointment, we had awesome sames ready and she then designed the cake based on our vision. Thereafter, the quality of service was top notch, her professionalism and her staff were avicce the 5 star average and the cost and flexibility was unbelievable. On our wedding day, we did not have to worry and the product for which we requested was delivered not only on time but beautiful and delicious. Now this is the last part that I'm sure any bride would love to deliver as of today, Sunday, 10/24/2010 our first year anniversary, we removed our cake from the freezer and brides-to-be it was the same as the first day or our wedding --- awesome!!! Our hats off to La'Meeka as we were in ah all over again when we toast our special 1st anniversary. God Bless La"Meeka
