The Party Nation band has so musch energy that our dance floor at the Debussy Ballroom of Chateau Elan was completely filled the entire night!In addition, they customize the songs as well as the performance so that the bride and groom felt as if they knew them personally. They are a very flexible, talented and professional group of musicians. Patty and Steve made several calls (even a conference call with the bride, groom and bride's parents)in order to learn more about us and the guests that would be attending the wedding! They surpassed our expectations and we highly recommend them if you wnat to party!Party Nation even played the FSU fight song at the end of the night! in a word they were AWESOME! Chateau Élan is the most gorgeous setting for a wedding. Our wedding guests couldn’t stop telling us how beautiful and fun our wedding was.Jennifer was amazing to work with and always responded quickly to any emails or phone calls. I could see how much she cared about me and all her brides. It really is her ultimate goal to make your day everything you have dreamed of.Our day of coordinator was Alyssa who went above and beyond to make our day special. We could not thank her enough for all her hard work. We did not have to do anything but show up and enjoy our wedding day.We were planning our wedding all the way from Texas and the Chateau Élan made it such an easy process. Our wedding day could not have been more perfect!

My now husband I stayed here for the night of our wedding! It was a very nice hotel and they set up candles around the bathtub along with rose petals sprinkled on the bed! The rose petals were supposed to have been lit when we arrived, but it was still pretty!

My wedding at Chateau Elan was by far the most beautiful event most of my family had ever been to. This place is the best place to start your life together as husband and wife. The staff is professional and they were at my family and I's beckon call throughout the whole weekend. Money well spent!

I chose Chateau Elan because I knew that they handle many weddings, so they have plenty of experience, plus they have everything on site and can handle snafus in a smooth way. We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception at Chateau Elan. They did a great job with everything! It was very professional and beautiful. During the planning phase, my emails were not returned in a timely manner, but phone calls were. I have absolutely no qualms about recommending Chateau Elan to any prospective bride. They can be pricey, but it's worth the money. Also, you can always try haggling, having an off-season wedding, an afternoon wedding, or a wedding that is not on a Saturday to save money.

WONDERFUL minus our coordinator who no longer works there. They were very accomidating with us also after they let her go to give us a free night for our one year, free dinner, and free bottle. Cannot wait to go back to get a massage and stay over night every year for our anniversaries to come! Thank you Chateau Elan you service was out of this world amazing!

Chateau Elan should really rethink who they hire as its wedding coordinator. If it hadn't of been for my wonderful outside vendors, the day would've been a disaster! Our wedding coordinator was Jennifer Fontanta...I don't know how she even has that job! She didn't help with anything ALL day, until my friend called and yelled at her about how she needs to do her job, and even then it was pathetic at best. My bridesmaids and I were getting ready, and we needed the flowers, but couldn't get a hold of her because she was ignoring my mom's phone calls. My sister had to call--which she picked it up RIGHT after my mom called--then she started ignoring her, so my friend called. She told the videographer the wrong place where we were getting dressed, lied about the guys not being in the Atrium (the photographer was stalling by going to take their pics until she brought everything so we could finish getting ready), and basically disappeared the whole day. We couldn't get our pics with the bridesmaids before the wedding because Jennifer didn't get us our flowers in time, and my husband and I couldn't get our bridal portraits taken bc she didnt send a shuttle for us to go to the vineyard. Even our Reverends wife yelled at her!!! However, we had wonderful outside vendors that really made the night wonderful in the end. I will say the site is beautiful, and the food is good, but I wouldn't go through that again. Oh, and they called asking me 10 days before the wedding if we'd like to have air conditioning at the reception?!?! They had never mentioned that you have to pay extra for it and wanted $3000 for it. My fiance (at the time) called and ripped her a new one, so we got it at a discount. Just make sure you don't have her.

My experience with Chateau Elan was fantastic. Drew Tull worked as my catering manager and did such a great job listening to my concerns and wants, as well as returning emails and questions in a very timely manner. The only problem we encountered through the entire process was that my husband and I lived over two hours away from Chateau Elan at the time of planning and he was unable to attend the food tasting (CE only makes appointments at 11 and 2 Monday through Thursday). The food was great! We did the buffet for our reception and the food was to die for! We got lots of complements after the wedding. We had a January wedding, so we were able to talk down several prices for catering, as well as the ceremony fee. Don't be afraid to haggle! Especially during off-season! The whole experience was great! I'm so glad we were able to work with Chateau Elan!

I rated responsiveness very low, because my wedding coordinator that came along with my wedding package was not in a hurry to return your calls!! So annoying when you are the Bride.

My fiance and I fell in love with the vineyards and the resort during our first site visit. The grounds are immaculate, and for those of you who want to take outdoor photos, it's nearly impossible to take a bad picture there. The service was exceptional from everyone including the bellmen, receptionists, drivers, waiters, bartenders, etc. Chateau Elan also provides great on-site catering managers, and I found this invaluable. I had the opportunity to work with both Drew and Maureen and they were extremely helpful throughout the planning process and on the day of the wedding. Unfortunately, it rained on my wedding day, so we had to move the ceremony indoors into the Atrium. Still, even with this last minute change, everything was beautiful and Chateau went out of it's way to make sure it was. They even provided a white SUV to transport us after our sparkler exit so that we wouldn't get wet in the golf carts. The food was also really delicious. My parent's couldn't stop talking about it after our tasting and our guests are still talking about the food! In addition to great service and food, the best part is that they really do provide a one-stop shop package that includes so many things you would have to bargain for or pay extra for elsewhere. I cannot say enough about how great Chateau Elan was and if I had to do it all over again I would not have my wedding anywhere else.

Drew and all the people behind the scenes are amazing. i was able to work behind the scenes of a wedding (before mine) and i can truly say that all the staff there cares about each wedding and puts their heart into what they do. When it came to my wedding, i had NO worries because i knew how well they worked and how they put in there all to make this day special. The venue is just beautiful and breathtaking. The pictures turned out amazing because of all the beautiful locations to take pictures. Even though there is a chance that there are other weddings, they make sure to see that you don't run in to one another. Everyone was so flexible and drew worked with me up to hours before the wedding to make sure everything was set and how i wanted it. The food = AMAZING. Everyone was and is still commenting on how great the food was. We made it a weekend getaway and planned events there for everyone to do (wine tasting, etc.) You get what you pay for and i highly recommend it for your big day! They truly make you feel like a princess! :)

I had my wedding at the Atrium and it was gorgeous. Maureen was exceptional to work with and she always always tried to do everything she could to make the ceremony and the reception run smoothly. They were very flexible and accomodating. The venue was gorgeous and we were shuttled over to the vineyards so that the ladies didn't have to walk in heels. What an awesome experience... I can't imagine my wedding anywhere else. Thank you!

It was an exceptional wedding venue. Everyone was very helpful and flexible. It was amazing to have found everything in such a timely manner. There wedding packages are a great idea and made everything so much easier.

The event and venue was beautiful. We had a small service in one of the intimate wedding rooms. The wedding coordinator was there to make sure we got the flowers and everything was to our liking. It was a very positive experience!

The perfect spot to spend our wedding night! The staff was wonderful and very responsive. The food was excellent. All in all, the best hotel stay I have ever had.

Chateau Elan provided a beautiful ceremony and reception site. While they were relatively easy to work with, flexibility and creativity with ceremony and reception was a bit of an adjustment for our coordinator, it seemed. I was generally very happy with how everything turned out and would recommend this site to others.

I was surprised about this venue. I thought that it would be awesome with service, but I was wrong. It is a beautiful venue, but hard to work with. The people were not as helpful as I expected for the amount I money that was spent. It was hard to check in and they didn't even know who I was after I had been planning there for over a year. They also gave out check- in gifts, but forget to give to some people. Also they said they did not have anywhere to store stuff for the wedding for a night. My wedding contact was not there for the weekend. Also they were not flexible with staying later than hours to work with me. Mind you, my cousin, works there..... The wedding was beautiful, but I expected more for the money.
