Daria truly brought order to chaos. All of her planning tools, meetings, and advice helped us not only survive the planning process but also allowed us to enjoy our wedding. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner - we actually didn't originally budget for a wedding planner but are SO glad we decided to go with her.

In short: Daria was the BEST decision we made with regards to our wedding. She pulled this crazy mess together and helped us have the wedding of our dreams. Also, if you're considering a DOC and worried about your budget, please know that Daria's fee was a full 10% of our budget, but was 100% worth it. In long:From our first meeting, my mom and I (my co-planner) were enthralled with how organized and how VERY detail-oriented she was. We were only able to hire her as a Day-of coordinator, but from the very beginning, Daria was sending me checklists, to-do lists, references, and was always available for consultations. She kept our planning on track, and helped me feel like everything was under control. If I was behind with something, she would gently prod me to get started, and she was ALWAYS reassuring. For instance, about a month before the wedding, I was freaking out about all the things I still had to do, and Daria called at just the right moment. We talked for over an hour, and went over every.single.detail for the wedding (again), and she left me feeling like a rock star. Another example of her awesomeness: About a week before the wedding, I decided I wanted drinks served before the ceremony from a dispenser I had. I thought it would be pretty complicated and had almost talked myself out of it before I mentioned it to Daria. Thank goodness I did, because she just said "Oh, give it to me, and I'll take care of it." And she did! And it great to have, b/c the wedding day was HOT. We had a garden wedding, in Georgia in May (unpredictable weather), at a venue that had never done weddings, and I was planning this from Arizona. Not to mention that I'm a bit of a controlling weirdo and kept throwing things at Daria like: "Here, can you line the aisle with these pinwheels?" "Do you mind if we have another extra 5 tables over here?" "Can you set up this bocce ball set?" (Oh, and her assistant Jamie (lovely person, by the way) set up a (faux)photo-booth for us, which was decided two weeks before the wedding, when I realized that I absolutely wasn't going to get to that. And she did it for WAY cheaper than anything else I'd seen, brought all her props, background, and hung around taking goofy pictures of us all night. :) Anyhow, Daria carried it all off splendidly, despite my craziness. In fact, by the end, Mom and I decided that if I wasn't marrying my love, and Mom wasn't already married to Dad, we'd both probably want to marry Daria. The week before the wedding, whenever anything unexpected would come up (and it does, no matter HOW carefully you plan), we would just decide that Daria could handle it, and not worry about it. I have no idea how many wildfires we produced for her on the actual wedding day, because she absolutely didn't tell me. In fact, she and my Mom tried to hide a potential disaster from me the week before the wedding. I found out (I'm pretty nosey), but by that time it had already been handled. THAT was pretty great.Daria was VERY in control and hands-on with all of the planning, but when the actual wedding day came, she magically melted into the background, and managed to whisk things about and just took care of business while attracting no attention to herself. Seriously, I have no idea how this wedding would have happened without her guidance throughout the planning, hand-holding through freak-out sessions, direction of the rehearsal, and absolute control of the wedding day itself, not to mention that she didn't leave until the place was clean! Also, just a few days after we returned home from our honeymoon, we received the sweetest wedding present from her! I kind of can't recommend Daria enough. Daria was fabulous! She was such a huge asset an in planning my wedding. She was able to help us find vendors who would work within our budget as well as making sure the vendors were on track to do what we wanted. She created very helpful checklists to keep me moving along in planning and they covered all of the important elements of the wedding so we didn't forget anything! She attended meetings at the venue with me on several occasions and was always available to help me check and double check the vendor/venue correspondence to make sure the documents/contracts/emails reflected our wishes for the wedding. We had an incredibly thorough planning meeting and covered every detail of the big day after which Daria created vendor schedules, timelines for bride and groom, and the full day's event schedule. Daria was very reassuring that everything would go well and had so much experience that she had seen everything so we felt very comfortable. She was so thorough and thought of everything! She was always professional yet made it feel like a close friend was planning our wedding. I highly recommend her services and feel she was an incredible value!

Booking Daria was by far the best decision we could have made for our wedding. We had her as a day-of coordinator and though in the beginning I was a little unsure of how much we needed her since I really had a handle on things, I am so incredibly thankful that my mother and sister in laws suggested we book her. She took care of all the little things at the end that I just couldn't get myself to do, like call and confirm all the vendors and call anyone for last minute issues. By the last month I was so sick of calling people and talking about the wedding, so having her step in and do the not so glamorous work at the end was priceless. But what was probably most amazing is how she managed everything during the day of the wedding. I truly have never been so stress-free in my entire life. I didn't worry about anything the day of because I knew she would handle it all and would know what to do if any problems arose. Our wedding went so smoothly I can't believe it. No issues at all. When I say it turned out perfectly, I am not exaggerating at all. We got to spend our wedding concentrated on each other rather than the details of the event. Her help was invaluable.

Daria is the partner that you need when planning a wedding! She knows weddings inside and out, and she anticipates everything! One of my favorite parts of my wedding was right after the ceremony when Daria arranged for me and my husband to have a private (quick, but special) dinner together, just the two of us, before going back to greet our guests. It was very romantic to have a one-on-one date with Charlie in the middle of the event, and it's exactly the type of thing that no one other than Daria would have envisioned. She is very thorough, detail-oriented, and incredibly knowledgeable on weddings. She's also very responsive, always professional, and insightful. Daria gets our highest recommendations!

Daria was our day-of wedding planner, but she went above and beyond to assist us in some last minute details and urgent matters that needed to be done (since I had many out of town guests, I was attending to them the few days before the wedding). She also gave me very precise answers when I needed to decide on something quickly. My wedding day went so smoothly, I can't recalled anything that went wrong that day. She is a wonderful person to work with!

Daria was amazing in helping my fiancee and myself plan for our wedding. She was extremely insightful in what we needed to do, when we needed to do it and how much we should pay for it. She offered great advice about wedding items and was extremely organized. We could not have put together such an great event without her. The day of she handled all the coordination with vendors, helped with setup and generally just made things go smooth. If we had any issues with anything at the wedding on the day of we did not know about them. I would recommend her a thousand times over. She is well worth it.

My finance' (now husband) and I wanted a wedding that was one big party for our friends and family. We are both very busy with work and didn't have time to do much of the planning. We wanted a great venue, live band, good food and drink and beautiful photos and flowers. I didn't want to be stressed on the day of the wedding; I just wanted to enjoy the party. Daria made all of that possible. She was organized, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Daria was a fantastic wedding planner! We were initially looking for a day of wedding planner, but Daria is so thourough that she helped us with everything! Daria was already familiar with a few of our vendors and they worked together seamlessly. She even recommened a few more vendors for us, such as a great seamstress at the final hour. Daria went above and beyond "day of" duties. She was at our reception locale for multiple hours the day before our wedding, making sure everything was in place for the big day. On the day of our wedding, she quickly resolved any issues without us even knowing - which was exactly what we wanted. The day went perfect and we owe it all to Daria!

Daria was so helpful with my wedding - everything ran smoothly & perfectly! My parents were SO grateful, because instead of being stressed out about little details, they were able to enjoy their guests at the reception, and my husband and I were able to do the same. She helped me find a band, transportation, worked with the florist, the catering managers, and the church - every last detail was covered and I thoroughly enjoyed my wedding day! It was so nice to have someone who is knowledgeable about other vendors in the area & could recommend other reputable and dependable people. Everything flowed as planned from start to finish. Our wedding definitely wouldn't have been the same without her!

Daria is exceptional in all areas including planning, coordinating and directing the vendors, wedding party, family and guests. We hired Daria for day-of-ceremony services and she provided way more than just that. She was truly the backbone thru out the day to make sure everything happened seamlessly, timely and accurately. Our families and friends were able to enjoy themselves and more importantly so did we. We are still receiving compliments that our wedding was the best wedding that any of our friends have ever attended! We would not have had that experience with out Daria. In addition to all of her talents, she is a delight to work with. She is professional, a wonderful personality, calm, able to change gears quickly and stay in control, she is polite and works with respect and integrity - everyone loved her! I can not recommend Daria enough, she offered us amazing guidance before our wedding, shared ideas and prepared us in advance so we could enjoy the entire experience and not worry about anything. And the day after our wedding when we pick up our wedding belongings everything was packed and organized in our tote boxes and we had several big tote boxes. My point being that even the final details after we had departed were still executed perfectly and above expectation.

Daria at Circle of Love Weddings goes above and beyond. She is very organized, responsive, and knows wedding planning. We needed a day of coordinator but we got that and much more. I would have never come up with the questions that she knows to ask about and to vendors, etc. Her lists helped us prepare well before just that day and we would highly recommend her services.

Daria is wonderful! I hired her to do the day-of coordination of my wedding but she was also helpful in my planning process by giving me recommendations for vendors and offering advice when I had questions. She is very responsive to calls and emails and is a pleasure to work with. She is very organized and knows her stuff!

Daria was wonderful. We were simply looking for someone to handle the "day of" and ended up with so much more. The first thing that attracted me to her was her attention to detail at our first meeting. In addition, she was/is very reasonably priced (I did a lot of research and others charge a lot more). She really goes above and beyond to help her brides. I bounced numerous ideas off her via email and/or phone and she'd always have helpful input. She also got back to me within hours, which was very helpful especially when you're trying to make quick decisions and have little time to run around to get the items you need. In addition, she personally went out and selected a cake plate for me the week of the wedding because we were in a jam and the reception venue vendor was going to charge us an arm and a leg. The day of was perfect! She handled everything and ran the important items by me but mainly made sure everything was as we envisioned. We highly recommend her to ensure your wedding day is perfect! :)

daria is wonderful!! out of all the wedding planners i contacted, she was the only one that sent a HAND WRITTEN thank you note to us for even considering her services. from the first moment we sat down with her to discuss our big day, we knew we made the right decision to hire her. i cant even begin to image how our day would have turned out with out her. i had no stress at all during the planning portion or even the day of, daria handled everything for us. from finding a golf cart to rent, to contacting all of our vendors, to making sure our chairs and flowers were delivered on time...the day was absolutely flawless!!

Daria is absolutely wonderful! There is so much involved in planning a wedding and we decided to hire a coordinator a few months before the wedding to help us sort through some of the details. Our only regret is that we didnÂ’t find Daria sooner! Daria helped us handle everything. All of the planning meetings were great to keep us on track and let us know what else we needed to get done. By the day of the actual wedding we were both so calm because everything was panned out minute by minute at our final planning meeting. The wedding was absolutely wonderful! We didnÂ’t have to worry about anything the entire time, Daria took care of everything. We just enjoyed our wedding (which so few couples get to do)! The whole night went perfectly, if there were ever any problems we didnÂ’t know about them, Daria just handled it. We are still getting compliments about how great our wedding was and Daria is a HUGE part of that! We know how scary and intimidating planning a wedding can be, but trust us, if you hire Daria your wedding will be wonderful!

Daria was terrific to work with and helped make our wedding day take place without a hitch. She was incredibly organized and detail-oriented and we didn't have to worry about a thing. I thank Daria for allowing me to have the completely stress-free wedding day that I wanted!

Daria was great. With her help we were able to create the wedding of our dreams. She was helpful, creative, understanding and fun. being indecisive by nature, Daria was able to steer us in the right direction. We have no idea what we would have done without her. Thank you Daria!!!

Daria did a great job with our wedding. I hired her a few months before the wedding and was looking for a day of coordinator who could also help me finish all the planning and details that take place close to the wedding. I loved my planning meetings with Daria, we covered everything that we would possibly need to take care of and she came up with so many things that I never would have thought of. She also has checklists for each phase of the planning which really helped me to stay organized. I had a difficult time with my reception site and Daria helped me to negotiate with them and attended all meetings I had there to help speak for what I wanted at the wedding. Although I got pretty stressed during wedding planning, I was able to truly enjoy the week of our wedding. Daria checked in with all my vendors and coordinated everything with them so I didn't have to do it. She also made a great schedule for all of our events - I didn't have to worry about anything!

Daria did a great job--definitely best value for the cost!! she may be somewhat new to the scene, but we definitely got what we needed and she was great--very helpful!
