I had my dream wedding at Cuscowilla! Beautiful landscaping, delicious food, great service, very nice lodging, etc... the list goes on and on. Def. recommend for an outdoor wedding on the lake!!

My husband and I were so pleased with Cuscowilla. The total experience went beyond our expectations and we will always have beautiful memories of our wedding day. The wedding facilities provided a "dream come true" wedding and reception. Jaime Murray was on the ball at all times, she was so helpful and pleasant during our entire expeience. We would highly recommend this wedding venue!

Jeff Steinberg & Chef were amazing to work with! The food for Friday and Saturday was spectular & everything we wanted it to be. Jeff was extremly helpful and very accomodating. Jamie was very helpful and organized. She had everything in order, all we had to do was show up. THANKS for an amazing and memorable experience!!!

Cuscowilla was the perfect place for our wedding. I cannot say enough good things about the location or the services provided by the Cuscowilla staff. I would highly recommend anyone to use their wedding facilities!

The location was lovely. We had a small family wedding and the arbor overlooking the lake was perfect. Jaime Murray had great suggestions and led us through the planning with a smile! The Chef were a pleasure to work with, also. The food was delicious and the staff was very attentative. Everything was top notch!

Cuscowilla on Lake Oconee were very high quality for a budget friendly price.They worked with me to ensure every detail was what I had pictured. They provided the delicious food as well as linens.The outside of the building was deceiving to how big and nice the inside was.

Cuscowilla on Lake Oconee is a beautiful venue and was my dream place to have my wedding. Jamie, the Events Manager there, was wonderful to work with. She handled everything with a high degree of professionalism, but at the same time, she was very easy-going and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend you call Jamie if you are interested in this venue. And, while we did have some personal differences with the chef there, we did receive MANY compliments on how good the food was. Overall, I would highly recommend Cuscowilla to anyone interested in having a wedding at Lake Oconee.

Our wedding at Cuscowilla was absolutely perfect. Jamie Murray and the team at Cuscowilla did such a great job attending to all of our needs. They were very easy to work with considering all of the fine details that go into planning such a special event. They were there to answer any questions and handle any surprises that arose. The weather was beautiful, the food was spectacular (and beautifully presented), and the staff was overaccomodating. I have been a manager at Cuscowilla for four and a half years and know all of the staff very well. They provide top notch service on a daily basis, but they made our wedding day even more special than I could ever imaged. Thank you!!

Jamie Murray and the staff at Cuscowilla were amazing. We were novice wedding planners and Jamie was wonderful in referring us to wonderful sources-florist, cake, music, photographer-and we were so blessed by everyone we worked with. Jamie has such a calm demeanor and was very hands on and really eliminated so much stress that we might have felt especially on the wedding day. We have 6 children and would love to experience other weddings at Cuscowilla.

Cuscowilla was a great place for a wedding. The setting was beautiful, and even though it rained and the lights went out for several hours, the staff there made sure that the wedding went off as planned. They handled the rehearsal dinner for my son and his bride and the food was wonderful and very affordable. Jaime Murray was the wedding coordinator for the event and she handled everything for us since we lived too far away to oversee things for the dinner. We worked back and forth via e-mail and phone calls to plan the menu and when we had things the way we wanted them, she worked with the chef and other staff members to get us a rate that was far better than we had expected. Everyone at Cuscowilla went the extra mile for my family as well as the bride's family. All of my friends and family that attended the wedding said it was the most fun they'd ever had at a wedding. It was an excellent choice.

The site was beautiful. We had an outdoor wedding and the weather and grounds were perfect. The food was exceptional. We had a rocky start with the chef (we didn't see eye to eye on how to choose the foods), but after that initial meeting the service from him and staff was great. Everyone commented on how great the food was. One of the bartenders was rude the night of the wedding, however, and it was sometimes difficult to get ahold of the staff prior to the wedding to coordinate things. Also, if you have many guests staying on site they can't check in until 4 pm which was hard for out of town guests (our wedding was at 6pm) and all of our guests were from out of town. Otherwise, we did our rehearsal dinner at the golf club and the wedding/reception at the Waterside Rest. and had a great time. I would recommend this site. Just stay on the staff prior to the date to ensure things get done correctly.

Our rehearsal dinner and reception were held at the restaurant at Cuscowilla. The food was excellent and the service was better than we could have asked for. A few months before our wedding, they decided to add a pool outside the restaurant and worked up until a few hours before our reception to make sure everything looked nice and professional. I would definitely recommend this site to another bride!
