I can't say enough about Eileen Carter. She was such a pleasure to work with. Not only are her cakes absolutely delicious, but they are beautiful as well. The best part was that we felt like our cakes were made with love by a friend! I look forward to opportunities to work with Eileen again - birthday cakes, showers, etc.

We got our Grooms cake and our favors from Eileen. The cake was fantastic, there were only a couple pieces left and let me tell you about our favors! Chocolate covered oreos! They were to die for! She even put each one in it's own individual box and had a personalized label that she had me pick out to go on the box. They looked fantastic and were a great price compared to other favors I was looking at. Everyone was trying to sneak home more than a couple in their pockets! :) Eileen is a very easy person to work with and gets back to you right away! I will be calling her back for sure for those chocolate covered oreos for any occasion I can find to need them!

Eileen did an amazing job on our cake! Her prices were also better than other vendors. We really wanted a henna design on the cake, but didn't want fondant. She was the only one willing to do the design we wanted on buttercream. She really translated my vision well and came up with a beautiful design. The cake also tasted DELICIOUS, and several of our guests raved about it. She was responsive through email, very easy to work with, and was punctual. I'd recommend her to everyone!!

I don't think 5 stars is enough for Eileen. Our cake was delicious, and absolutely beautiful. She is any bride's dream!

I love Eileen! She is our official baker! The cake she did for us was stunning, as was the cake she did for Otis's graduation last year as well. She is the sweetest and her cakes are the best. I'm stuck to her forever! Thanks for making our day so special with your lovely creation!

My fiance and I met with Eileen during the first couple months of our engagement, and we booked her on the spot. She baked us a really delicious tasting cake fresh (not frozen) in two different flavor combinations and it was exactly what we were hoping for. I'm always pretty disappointed by the cake at most weddings, so I knew that I wanted something that looked great AND tasted great, and Eileen definitely delivered. Eileen was incredibly patient with me while I made several design changes and really went the extra mile to make my dream cake (the "harvest") come true. Eileen also made my favors (red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese icing), and they were SO good! My guests are still raving about them to me. Eileen even offered to package them in boxes and tie ribbon on each one. Eileen was definitely one of my favorite vendors to work with. She is an extremely talented baker and someone who really cares about you and your wedding.

Eileen is so sweet, and wonderful to work with, and I'm so thrilled that she was able to make our cake for us. I couldn't imagine a more perfect cake for my wedding day.As an added bonus, Eileen will remake your top layer for you as a first anniversary present, so my husband and I have even more yummy cake to look forward to in our future!

Eileen is FABULOUS! We went to several other bakers before going to see Eileen and were impressed right away. She actually baked us a fresh mini cake with the flavor combinations we wanted to try...unlike other places that just dethawed samples out of a freezer. I gave her a picture of a wedding cake I found on Martha Stewart's website and our cake looked identical (if not better) than the picture! She paid attention to every little detail and was a joy to work with. Not only did our cake look amazing...it also tasted great! We selected alternating layers with almond cake/amaretto filling and carrot cake/cream cheese filling. It was the BEST wedding cake I have ever had!!! She will also send you a coupon to have the top layer of your cake remade for your 1st anniversary...a very unique plus!! Eileen provided a fabulous product and service for a great price. I would higly recommend her to any bride!

Eileen's cakes are the stuff dreams are made of! She offers a number of different flavors, and her cakes are absolutely delicious! They're truly "creations" -- there's no other word that fits her incredible artistry. Our wedding cake was absolutely stunning -- she created the design we wanted perfectly, and the vanilla cake with strawberry filling was just perfect. When we went for our cake tasting, she had iced our tasting cake so smoothly that my husband was amazed it was frosting and not fondant! She is wonderful to work with and very quick to respond to all inquiries. Her prices are extremely affordable. Eileen loves what she does and it shows.

Eileen is the best cake lady ever! We originally booked her (by word of mouth recommendation) when we thought our wedding would be in Georgia. She is very hospitable and casual, which was perfect for us. I generally don't even really like cake that much and at our tasting, her cake melted in my mouth! So tasty! She was able to create the cake I didn't even know I was envisioning just by asking me questions and showing us pictures. She even had the perfect wood cake stand for our nature cake and didn't push anything on us. She also created a Penn State Nittany Lion grooms cake that looked exactly like the Penn State logo! Taste + Appearance = Amazing Cakes!! To top off her greatness, she agreed to travel with us when we changed our venue to North Carolina. All we had to do was pay for her lodging. She transported our cakes perfectly and even joined us at our reception. Our guests all raved about the cake and all the flavors all weekend! Eileen makes wonderful cakes and shares a wonderful personality to match! We will most definitely be booking Eileen for other events that warrant delicious and creative cakes!

I love Eileen! She was such a pleasure to work with. She is super sweet, extremely talented, always has a positive attitude about everything and her cakes are AMAZING! They taste wonderful and the designs are incredible! We had a 4 tier, one fake layer, with white and chocolate cake with Bailey's Irish Creme and Chocoloate Mousse fillings. Towards the end, I found out that my guest count was much lower than we than anticipated, I contacted Eileen in a panic wondering what we were going to do. She was so helpful, we went over my options and chose what was best. I had already paid her final amount, so she just reimbursed me the unused portion. I'm not a cake lover, but Eileen's cakes are so good. I will definitely be using her in the future.

We interviewed 6 potential wedding cake bakers and even talked to Publix, and Eileen was by far the best choice. She will even create a replica of your wedding cake topper so you can enjoy every tender morsel on your wedding day and not worry about freezing your top for 364 days!
