Wonderful lady and wonderful service. She was even happy to make a change for me within 2 weeks of my wedding! VERY reasonably priced and great options...we had a cupcake tower with a 2-tier top cake. She also did not oversell...we were thinking we would need more cupcakes and she insisted we had plenty...btw, she was right!!!

Eileen Carter is a fabulous baker. After the day of our tasting, when she invited us into her home and baked us a cake in the flavors we requested, we could not wait to have her cake again. She took the inspiration picture we gave her and brought it to life exactly. Most of our guests went back for second servings of cake, and they all raved about how it was the best cake they have ever eaten.

Jason and I really could not have picked a better person to trust with our Rehearsal Dinner cupcakes, Grooms cake and of course the wedding cake! Ahh Eileen! She welcomed us into her home and gave us a tasting, and we were sold from that moment on! Booked her right on the spot, and glad we did. The cake was beautiful and delicious - she was trying out a flavor the day we went in for a tasting and we fell in love with that delicious flavor! She was very sweet throughout the whole process, and also made a great groom's cake for us. Everything was VERY reasonable in price! She was a real find, and we are so happy to have worked with her.

Eileen was the best to work with! Her cakes are really beautiful, delicious and affordable. She was willing to recreate the design that I brought with me during the consultation and she also had a ton of photos to help you if you don't have any idea what you want. She has a ton of flavors to choose from. We went with: Bavarian Creme, Grand Marnier and Cookies N Creme. They were all delicious. Everyone just raved about the cake — taste and design!I wouldn't hesitate to use her again!

Eileen does an outstanding job on wedding cakes!!!! My cake was spectacular and tasted even better. A few people went back for seconds and there were only a few pieces left over!!! I will use Eileen for my future cake needs!!!

Eileen was awesome. She invited us to her house and baked us a mini cake to test and take home the rest (delicious). She talked with my fiance and I and we were so excited to add different flavors for each tier. I described what I wanted and she constructed it perfectly, even the topper she made by hand from a picture I gave her. She delivered the cake the day of and everyone said it was the best cake they have had at a wedding!!

We knew we were going to choose Eileen even though she was the first cake baker we visited. She is such a nice person and has everything organized. We felt that we could trust her and we would highly recommend her. The cakes tasted great! She was very responsive to all emails...and if she couldn't answer for a few days because she was busy baking, she let us know that. The cake was also beautiful. It was iced, but people thought it was fondant, she did such a great job making it smooth!

Eileen was awesome and so wonderful to work with, and the wonderful part that you got to take home the rest of the cake you tasted was just a thoughtful gesture. Anything was possible with Eileen and the cake tasted sooooo goooood could not have enough. My guess could not believe it was buttercream and not fondant. You are awesome and will be calling on you again soon, my husband graduates from college.

I can't say enough about Eileen Carter. She was such a pleasure to work with. Not only are her cakes absolutely delicious, but they are beautiful as well. The best part was that we felt like our cakes were made with love by a friend! I look forward to opportunities to work with Eileen again - birthday cakes, showers, etc.

We got our Grooms cake and our favors from Eileen. The cake was fantastic, there were only a couple pieces left and let me tell you about our favors! Chocolate covered oreos! They were to die for! She even put each one in it's own individual box and had a personalized label that she had me pick out to go on the box. They looked fantastic and were a great price compared to other favors I was looking at. Everyone was trying to sneak home more than a couple in their pockets! :) Eileen is a very easy person to work with and gets back to you right away! I will be calling her back for sure for those chocolate covered oreos for any occasion I can find to need them!

Eileen did an amazing job on our cake! Her prices were also better than other vendors. We really wanted a henna design on the cake, but didn't want fondant. She was the only one willing to do the design we wanted on buttercream. She really translated my vision well and came up with a beautiful design. The cake also tasted DELICIOUS, and several of our guests raved about it. She was responsive through email, very easy to work with, and was punctual. I'd recommend her to everyone!!

I love Eileen! She is our official baker! The cake she did for us was stunning, as was the cake she did for Otis's graduation last year as well. She is the sweetest and her cakes are the best. I'm stuck to her forever! Thanks for making our day so special with your lovely creation!

Eileen made the most delicious fresh-cut-strawberry and chocolate cake for our wedding day. She worked within our budget by using sheet cakes and while I never thought I would want to use a "fake" cake, once she explained how we could still cut into the top portion of the cake and use sheet cakes for our guests, I was sold! I am not much of a cake/frosting person but her chocolate ganache is AMAZING! She was also sweet in that she dressed the cake with some fresh cut flowers that we left for her at the reception site and the cake was gorgeous! Once I learned she could make a "Boston-Creme-Pie" cake (which is my husband's fave) I also partnered with her and surprised my husband with a Groom's Cake on the night of our rehearsal dinner. Eileen used a picture that I gave her (an old logo of my husband's fave college team) and decorated the cake perfectly. It was a hit! I would use Eileen's services again, whether it be birthdays, graduations or someone else's wedding, just solely due to the MOST IMPORTANT fact that her cakes TASTE GREAT!

My fiance and I met with Eileen during the first couple months of our engagement, and we booked her on the spot. She baked us a really delicious tasting cake fresh (not frozen) in two different flavor combinations and it was exactly what we were hoping for. I'm always pretty disappointed by the cake at most weddings, so I knew that I wanted something that looked great AND tasted great, and Eileen definitely delivered. Eileen was incredibly patient with me while I made several design changes and really went the extra mile to make my dream cake (the "harvest") come true. Eileen also made my favors (red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese icing), and they were SO good! My guests are still raving about them to me. Eileen even offered to package them in boxes and tie ribbon on each one. Eileen was definitely one of my favorite vendors to work with. She is an extremely talented baker and someone who really cares about you and your wedding.

Eileen Carter is the best! Her fresh made wedding cakes are not only beautiful, but absolutely delicious as well!! The hazelnut filling is divine. Eileen is so sweet, and wonderful to work with, and I'm so thrilled that she was able to make our cake for us. I couldn't imagine a more perfect cake for my wedding day.As an added bonus, Eileen will remake your top layer for you as a first anniversary present, so my husband and I have even more yummy cake to look forward to in our future!

Eileen is FABULOUS! We went to several other bakers before going to see Eileen and were impressed right away. She actually baked us a fresh mini cake with the flavor combinations we wanted to try...unlike other places that just dethawed samples out of a freezer. I gave her a picture of a wedding cake I found on Martha Stewart's website and our cake looked identical (if not better) than the picture! She paid attention to every little detail and was a joy to work with. Not only did our cake look amazing...it also tasted great! We selected alternating layers with almond cake/amaretto filling and carrot cake/cream cheese filling. It was the BEST wedding cake I have ever had!!! She will also send you a coupon to have the top layer of your cake remade for your 1st anniversary...a very unique plus!! Eileen provided a fabulous product and service for a great price. I would higly recommend her to any bride!

I love eileen! Her cakes are amazing. She will work with you on any design. You can look through her books of cakes or you can make one up and she will do it or you. She offers a complimentary tasting and everything was wonderful. The cake looked spectacular on my wedding day. It was exactly what I pictured for my wedding day.
