Michael Heyward Overcash is dishonest crook. He lioes to get you to believe in his service but than he does not deliver as agreed on. he will not take any responsibility or be held accountable for his wrong doing. His vehicles are old and not well kept and repaired. do not make a big mistake and fall for this man and his corrupt ways. He is a just a common thief.

We will never recommend this company to ANYONE. Our wedding was at the trolleybarn this past November so thought it would be great to have a trolley pick up our guests from Hotel Indigo ( Great hotel btw). Our agreement with Michael Overcash was two pick ups to the Reception and two back after the reception. To make a long story short, they were so late on the 1st pickup, people took a cab to make it on time...Only one trolley showed up late to take people...so once again, people had to spend their own money to get their own transportation back. We felt that we should receive a refund for half since they provided only half of their agreement. We have left several messages , including a detailed email as to what happened for Michael with no response. I intend to contact the better business bureau and we may consider filing a small claims suit. PLEASE do not use this service. Personally, I hope they go out of business.

Mr. Michael Hayward Overcash is a criminal. He thinks he can outsmart the law and use the law for his own unfair and ill gotten gains. He thinks he is above the law. He cons and scams people out of money. He runs his business illegally avoiding paying his taxes. He is dishonest, a fraud and deceptive. He sets you up and makes promises that he knows he will not keep. Be very careful in dealing with this man. He does not have proper insurance, license, etc. on his Great Knight Tours and is cheating the city, county and state out of due taxes running an illegal business. Putting the environment and people in harms way with his shoddy un kept equiptment. He has been sued many times for wrongdoings and his list just keeps on growing. Do not do business with this criminal.

It was a great idea to book one of their buses.We where able to transport everyone and get them to the ceremony on time.The buses where very comfortable and it was fun to ride on the top of the double decker.The buses are safe and the drivers are very professional.

Not the fanciest buses you will ride in but they certainly got the job done and they did it well.We made great time to the church and it was nice to ride with everybody.They are a touring company so it wasn't a boring ride like you'd expect.Highly recommend them their buses are very roomy and the staff is very reliable.

We were looking for an economical way to transport our wedding party from the church to the reception. When I came across Great Knight Tours, I thought a trolley ride would be perfect! I was apprehensive to book them because I had seen some bad reviews of them. When I asked Michael about the reviews, he adequately explained the situations to me and reassured me that the trolley would be on time and reliable. On our wedding day, we walked out of the church and the trolley was waiting for us. Our reception was less than 2 miles from the church, but we had about 20 minutes to kill. The driver was completely willing to drive us around and got us to the reception when I requested. We were very happy with their service.

Great Knight Tours has a great bus service.We used them to pick everyone up and drop them off at our ceremony.They where a big help with transportation and it was not even that expensive.

I WOULD NOT EVER recommend this vendor! I was 50 MINUTES LATE to my own wedding due to this company---they took 50 minutes to essent8ially travel 1 mile to pick me up...I was literally standing on the side of the road for 45 minutes in downtown Atlanta waiting for him! He then disappeared during the reception and my coordinator had to call cabs for guests because he was not make shuttle runs, as agreed. I will be pursuing legal action against this employee to recover all cost paid.

The bus made all its scheduled stops and picked everyone up on time.We had a good time on board and felt very safe.Everything went well thanks to Great Knights Tour's expert planning.
