I met Maria through Wedding Wire and emailed her a picture of the hair-do I wanted. She was prompt in responding to me and told me that she could do it. She emailed me a picture of a similar hair style and I was sold. We went through the trial run, very easy to talk to. She made notes, made some tweaks, and wah-la, I have never seen a more beautiful hair and make-up job. Everyone at my wedding raved over my hair and make-up. I think Maria is the best in town and her prices are very reasonable. If you show her a picture, she can practice before your trial, which really saved us on time. I would 100% recommend Maria to any bride!

Maria did a fabulous job on both my wedding hair and makeup! She was so easy to work with! She did my mother and my bridesmaids and everyone looked wonderful! We had such a fun day at the salon with her!

Maria totally took care of my bridesmaids and me during my wedding in February. We had an ice storm and Maria was absolutely there for us despite the horrible weather. My hair was absolutely perfect and exactly what I wanted. Maria took the time to veiw my dress, the bridemaids dresses, flowers, etc, to make sure that my hair style would fit with the entire wedding picture!!! She truley made me a beautiful bride!!!

I was absolutely thrilled with how my hair and makeup turned out. About a week before the wedding , I showed Maria my dress. She decided how she would design my hair after she saw my dress. Then she made a gorgeous hair ornament specifically for my hair. It took about 2 hours total to do my hair and makeup. When my fiance saw me he said that my hair looked better than any design in the bridal hairstyle book. He was breathtaken about how beautiful I looked. At the wedding I got compliment after compliment about my hair and makeup. Also, Maria uses professional makeup used only in professional photo shoots. My hair never moved out of place. It was extremely secure which made me feel good because I didn't have to worry about it falling, and I didn't have to touch it up. I highly recommend Hair By Maria to any bride -- but only if you want to look perfect!

Maria was EXCELLENT! She recommended the appropriate hairstyle for me as well as my bridesmaids. All of our hairstyles turned out PERFECT and we received many compliments! Best of all, our hair stayed exactly the way it needed to all day despite the early morning appointment (my choice), full afternoon of outdoor photos and evening wedding time. I couldn't be happier!!!

Maria was a great joy to work with. She was just or more excited about my hair and my wedding. my hair looked exceptional and I got multiple compliments on my hair design. She is extremely creative and i would highly recommend her for taking care of your hair and motivation. Maria was great. She took the time to go over exactly what I wanted for the day of the wedding prior to the big day so that I wasn't freaking out at all. On my wedding day she was prompt and on time and allowed more than enough time to do all of my bridesmaids and my mother. Everyone loved their hair. Maria kept the mood so light and fun that I was not nervous at all. When I saw my hair with my dress and veil, all I could think was it was perfect and exactly what I wanted. Thanks Maria!!

Maria is not only an awesome stylist but a fun person to be around. I have modeled for her a couple times and i loved the creative work she can make up on the spot and of course the other hair-dos she puts a lot of research into; no matter what it is, she does an amazing job! But hey, Maria doesn't just do hair, but make-up and eyebrows too! She's a one stop shop :)

Maria did my mom's and my makeup and hair for my wedding, and she did a fabulous job!! It was so great to have her at the venue and not have to run around getting things done the day of the wedding. She did what I asked. Our initial meeting, he did a complimentary makeup and charged a small fee for hair. After the results, I decided I did not like the look, told her how I wanted to look the day of the wedding, and she accommodated.

I booked Maria a month before my Wedding. She did a great job with my hair and makeup. She was very professional and meticulous. I did find her pricing to be a bit more than I had hoped.

Maria worked with me, my mother, and three of my four bridesmaids. One chose not to have hair and makeup done because the price was on the steep side, another had makeup done, but chose to go elsewhere for hair for the same reason.Maria was amazing! She is a true artist! Every hair was set perfectly, and every color was chosen with precision! Everyone loved their looks! My sister, for example, wasn't exactly sure what she wanted, so Maria just went about her thing designing something, and the look she composed suited her to a tee! It was exactly what I would have imagined my sister would have chosen had she known what she wanted. My mother, the oldest of four girls, easily looked the youngest among her sisters and was told so by several people! She looked at least ten years younger! She also has rosacea and has very red skin but with Maria's makeup you would have never known! I personally loved my style and makeup as well. All of our dos and makeup lasted through outdoor pictures (in July Georgia heat!) and lasted through broken AC at our reception hall! Amazing!The prices did seem steep, but for the quality it was worth it! I would recommend her to all brides!

Maria was great! I was a mess, trying to get myself and my two little girls ready for the wedding. Maria came to my mother's home, set up at her dining table and did an unbelievable job on my hair and make-up. She was professional, calm and helped calm me down as a result. I had so many wonderful comments on my hair and make-up! The pictures turned out great, I believe, at least in part because of her attention to detail and the lovely jewelry she made for my hair. It added so much to my over-all look and tied in so nicely with my dress! She's great...a true blessing!

Maria and CiCi were an absolute blessing! They drove over an hour, from Duluth to Kennesaw, at 6:00 in the morning, only to work from 7:30am-4:00pm without stopping once. My mother, 4 bridesmaids, and I looked fantastic and had a blast sitting around while Maria and CiCi worked their magic! It was 98 degrees when we started pictures, and while we got a little shiny from sweat, our makeup and hair stayed put, through an outdoor ceremony, until 10:30 when the reception ended. My bridesmaids commented that their updo's looked as if they had been custom-made for their face shape and personal style. My hair and makeup trial was fantastic! Maria was running late and stayed an extra HOUR to make sure that she and I were completely happy with what she did. I would absolutely recommend Maria to my friends who are getting married, or anyone for that matter! Nothing is better than having a great time getting beautiful in the comfort of your own home with fun, talented, skilled people. Of all my vendors, I felt as though I could count on Maria the most. The value of these services is unmatched by any vendor I could locate. I'm hoping that my friends who get married in the future choose to use Maria so I can have her do my hair and makeup again!

Maria was awesome!! She did a great job on my trial for my hair and she told me then it would be even better for my wedding day. She was right my hair looked beautiful for my wedding. She also did my makeup and everything looked so natural and beautiful. Overall everything was above and beyond what I expected. I would recommend Maria to anyone.
