Juli Vaughn was amazing and truly brought my vision for my wedding to light. From our first consultation I knew that she had a unique eye and could pull off everything that I wanted for our special day. We were going for a less traditional look with some really unique elements, like hanging glass baubles, lanterns, ribbon curtains, the list goes on! I was beyond happy with every element of the flowers, to the beautiful vintage glass mixed with our mason jars on the tables. I also knew that Juli was a perfectionist herself and that she would make sure that on our big day that everything was absolutely perfect, and it was! Juli was also very flexible, because I did change my mind a time or two about a few of the elements! She also worked with me on the price, and allowed me to provide some of the elements which I had borrowed from a friend. I would highly recommend Juli to anyone planning a wedding!

It would be difficult to summarize just how amazing it was to work with Juli of Juli Vaughn Designs as my wedding planner and floral designer, but to summarize a few of her many outstanding qualities: her vision, flexibility, ingenuity, and trustworthiness really stood out for me in my destination wedding. On vision - I am not naturally a creative person who thinks about colors or flowers or centerpieces, but I did have a general concept of how I wanted my wedding to look and feel. With minimal direction to go on, Juli brought together the most beautiful and intricate of details to ensure everything was absolutely perfect, and exceeded my every expectation. The wedding favors, center pieces, guest book, flowers, alter - by simply telling Juli that I wanted a romantic, Italian feel to my wedding, she saw my very general concept through to completion that me, my husband, and all of our guests have not stopped talking about since. On flexibility - my wedding was a destination wedding to southern Italy, and Juli was so flexible in her travel plans, working not only with me, but with the resort in Italy, with vendors in Italy, and my family as needed. Planning a destination wedding is extremely difficult, but Juli took so much of the stress off of me by taking care of many of the details directly with the resort and vendors, and keeping me informed throughout the process. I should note here that not only is Juli an incredible wedding planner and floral designer, but she is an amazing violinist and singer. Not only did she plan my entire wedding in a foreign country and design all my flowers, but she also sang beautifully during my ceremony. Ingenuity - No matter difficult it was to plan my destination wedding, Juli found a way to work through the details. Ordering flowers in a foreign country is extremely difficult, and she worked through the Italian translation, providing pictures to the flower vendors to ensure they had exactly what I wanted for my wedding day. With baggage restrictions on taking too many suitcases on the plane for travel, she was always mindful of thinking through details like packing light, while ensuring we had everything we needed for the big day. Finally, on trustworthiness, probably her most important quality as a wedding planner - you can rest assured that if Juli is planning your wedding, everything will be more beautiful than you could have ever imagined, will be done on time, on budget, and will leave you and your new spouse (and your guests for that matter!) breathless! I am an extremely busy person with a highly stressful, fast-paced job, and it was wonderful knowing that with Juli, my wedding was in very capable hands, and I didn't need to stress about anything because she had it under control. I cannot recommend her highly enough. If you are weighing your options about hiring a wedding planner, I can guarantee that is a worthy investment, and with Juli Vaughn Designs, you are getting the very best of the best!

Juli and her team at Juli Vaughn Designs were AMAZING! She is impeccable in her design and vision and was able to take the thoughts right out of my head and make them so much better than I could have ever imagined! She pays attention to the details that you would never think were important and creates a story that is a true reflection of you and your husband! Our wedding and reception felt magical and she was a dream to work with!

Juli is so easy going, professional, creative, accommodating, a problem solver, progressive, creative with colors, and creates completely original floral designs! Her brain is overflowing with great ideas to make YOU happy and to make your wedding work on your budget. Nothing seems to limit Juli. I recommend her with highest regards!

Juli did an absolutely fabulous job on my wedding. Part of my occupation includes working in the wedding industry, so I have seen many, many weddings. After seeing the typical $700 wedding flowers, and then seeing Juli's AMAZING designs, there was just no comparison. Her design talent is on a whole different level, compared to most average floral design. Not only are her designs fab, but she really incorporates personal details/interests/personality of the bride and groom. We gave her a few ideas of what we like and she ran with it and we LOVED it! I highly recommend her to every bride-tp-be.
