MTI Limo and Shuttle

Working with MTI was a very wonderful and relaxing experience. We received a great rate for the ride after our reception, and were really pleased with the service as well. Our driver arrived early to the location (we were worried because it's in the middle of no where of late arrivals, but with MTI our worries were unfounded) and had no issues getting us to our destination in a timely manner. I definitely will be using them again when we need transportation services. I would also recommend communicating with them via phone for the most part.Great!

Overall our experience with MTI was fine. The limo's exterior was a bit aged. However, for the price and allotted time of the service, it was well worth the expense. Apparently pricing during prom season increases, but for 8 hours of service (including taxes and gratuity), MTI seemed to have the best deal in comparison to other quotes we received. The limo driver was friendly and punctual at all times. The services worked out perfectly for us since our wedding and reception took place in two different locations. After the reception the limo dropped us off at our hotel across town with time to spare. I would definitely recommend the services of this company, but I would get more details (or pictures) on the vehicle ahead of time.

Well, the staff was more than nice and helpful when I was booking. However, my driver was 30 minutes late picking me up, and therfore, made the rest of my day run 30 minutes late. They also informed me that they tried to call me the day before to tell me my limo I selected was being serviced and not available (stretch vanilla Chrysler 300), but they were giving me the stretch Navigator for the same rate. I guess that was supposed to make me feel lucky, but it didn't. If I'd wanted the stretch Navigator, that's what I would've ordered. I didn't make a fuss about it at all though, at that point it was the morning of my wedding! The driver said they'd been trying to call me for directions that morning. You cannot reach a bride the morning of the wedding!! It's too much going on. I believe they should have had the directions squared away long before the morning of. They have a wonderful fleet, however, and the people are very kind. I was not charged for the balance of my service as a result of the mishap, so that was very professional and accountable of them...this was not something I had to ask for.
