The catering and decorating staff at Prestigious Moments are phenomenal! The prices are competitive and the service is second to none. I would recommend them to anyone wanting an elegant, classy and sophisticated party without the high prices that come with it. This company actually works with you to meet your budget and the services that they provide are exceptional. Overall Prestigious Moments did a wonderful job with the decor but it was not without a lot of stress from the planner. I started speaking with Karena, the main contact, back in June and I assumed that they were pulling items together all along. I didnt find out until close to end of December that nothing had been done! I was told that they do everything closer to the date. I didnt have invitations sent out until the end of December! The invitations looked more home made than professional. Thank God I had already booked the venue. During the planning process don't expect to receive your invitations until late. You want your special day your way, have an inspiration picture from a magazine available? It doesn't matter! "We don't duplicate other people's work" is what I was told over and over again along with "Trust us, let us do what we do best". How do you trust someone you really don't know and that now seem like they are not listening to anything you say regarding the vision of your wedding? As for the catering, the food was delicious! At the reception we received several compliments on how delicious the food was. The only issue I had at the reception is the fact that my husband I went upstairs at around 8 and came back down at 8:30 and everything had been cleaned up and tables were starting to be broken down (reception started at 5:30). What happened in the 30 min we were gone, I'm not sure. We had the hall until 11pm!! I havent inquired about this to Karena because of all the arguing, firing 3 weeks before the wedding, and rehiring since she wouldnt tell me how much money she would return to us. Lastly, I would say use them for CATERING ONLY! The planning was awful especially for a bride in a different state.Want to make it clear that I am demading and yes I change my mind at times but most brides do, as this is one of the MOST important days of a bride's life! Just glad it's over and glad that this review will help others with their decision to choose this vendor. Also after seeing that the vendor has read this review, it is good to know that they will take what I have written to try to improve on their communication with the client and try to make the client feel like they are listening not just attempting to make them feel like whatever they do will work out.

Prestigious Moments provided a professional service and gave us the "wedding of our dreams". We had a unique event theme of "diamonds and pearls" and the detail that the PM staff put into it was absolutely amazing. Our party favors, invites, and event decorations were all formed to fit our theme and color scheme. And the food was absolutely incredible! We extend a HUGE thank you to Karena, Tarneisha and the rest of the Prestigious Moments Staff for making our day more than we could ever imagine!Mr. & Mrs. Bennie Crawford
