Jarid Ison went above and beyond his job from beginning to end. Jarid was able to adapt to our changing wedding plans flawlessly. The night was awesome because of him!! Everyone young and old came out onto the dance floor. People whom I have never seen dance at a wedding were out getting their groove on. Jarid definitely was all about us (bride/groom) and made sure that anything we wanted happened and we LOVED him!!!I would highly recommend this DJ for any special occasion that requires DJ for a AWESOME NIGHT!!!Jarid/Pulse DJ Thank you so much!!!

Chris Meeks provided great service and made sure to do everything the way we wanted. He was willing to be flexible and make changes all the way until the day of the wedding (even at the wedding!) He was really easy to work with, he made sure everything stayed on time, and he never played any cheesy music. My husband's only complaint was that he did not play any rock music, but I think Chris has a good feel for his audience and plays to their liking. He had a good variety and timed everything out very well! I would highly recommend him!

I want to extend a HUGE thank-you to Chris for the role he played in making our wedding day so special!!! We had an absolute blast at our reception and it's in large part because of him- we couldn't have asked for a better DJ! Chris did an amazing job of keeping the dance floor packed the whole time and playing our song choices with some great requests and selections of his own mixed in. A number of our guests and wedding party have commented on what a great job he did and how awesome and fun the music was to dance to, and I can't tell you how much that means to us! Chris Meeks was very helpful for booking our event and planning things like timing, set-ups and up-lighting. Chris Barger was a wonderful DJ. He had to bust his butt to set up all of the up-lighting on a 90 degree day, then stand outside to man the ceremony sound system. The music during the reception was fabulous. We danced all night and had a wonderful time! Chris played as many of our "must-plays" as possible, took a bunch of guest requests, and mixed in a bunch of great choices on his own. He really kept a good vibe right through to the end. Pulse was the perfect choice for us! They don't try to play the music they want to hear, they really pay attention to your style and preferences during the pre-meeting and through your requests. I highly recommend them.

I don’t even know where to begin when describing my experience with Pulse DJ Services. One word: Perfect! The online resources they offer are fantastic and very easy to work with including a plethora of music to choose from as well as an organized and informational timeline that really helped when trying to plan the night’s affairs. Their response time is quick and their approach is precise, yet flexible. I can’t say that I have encountered such an organized and crowd-pleasing approach outside of Pulse DJ Servies! It was awesome!Now, let me be more specific about my incredible DJ, Chris Barger. The man is a genius behind a sound board and even more creative with a light bar! My guests were constantly coming up to me before and long after my wedding exclaiming how much they enjoyed the overall atmosphere that Chris created. The music was enchanting and upbeat, there was always cause to be on the dance floor, and most importantly, the sound was perfect! It wasn’t too high, it was too low; everything could be heard clearly. His announcements were classy yet catered to our humorous approach towards our wedding. I just can’t say enough about how wonderful Chris was! He was so friendly and charismatic and really made sure to connect to my husband and I so that our wedding was exactly what we wanted. He was prompt and quick when setting up and taking down and was there throughout the night to make sure that we were happy (plus, I really felt like I got more than my money’s worth)! Just a brilliant and talented man! I highly recommend Chris Barger and Pulse DJ Services for any occasion calling for the perfect DJ!

Pulse DJ did such an amazing job at my wedding. We had a blast and I couldn't have asked for a better DJ. I really cannot say enough about Chris Meeks, the owner of Pulse DJ. We reached out to him because he had done a few friends’ weddings and they had been very pleased. He was extremely responsive in all of our communications, and quick to answer any questions, which we all know is very important when dealing with vendors for our big day! We enjoyed meeting with him to discuss the details prior to our wedding day, it felt like having coffee with an old friend! He was always on time, laid back, extremely prepared and with a smile on his face. He did a wonderful job with the music and sound for the pre-ceremony, ceremony and reception. He perfectly judged the feel of my guest and the vibe of the night, and thus, the dance floor was slammed the entire night! He was NOT CHEESY AT ALL and was a wonderful emcee, he continuously let our guests know what they could expect throughout the reception. We loved Chris and if we had to go back and do it again we would not change a thing!

No complaints about Pulse and our DJ, Chris Barger! He did a great job keeping the dance floor going by mixing some stuff we had suggested with his own choices. I especially liked that he found me to ask if it was ok to play "Baby Got Back" because someone had requested it. Of course it was ok with me but I know that could have ruined some other brides' evenings, so I thought it was great. He also worked really well with my coordinator to keep things on schedule so we wouldn't get charged extra for staying too long. Thanks Chris!

Pulse DJ services did a wonderful job for us March 26th in Stone Mountain! The weather wasn't exactly in our favor but they made everything go perfect down at the ceremony, Chris's assistant helped get the bride down the hill despite the down pouring rain. All of our guests said they were able to hear everything at the ceremony from our musicians to our pastor despite the heavy rain and thunder, they had everything perfect! Then the reception couldn't have gone better, they did perfect on the introductions, flowed between themselves and our band flawless and played great songs at the right time during the night...needless to say I'm not sure if anything could have gone any better and I'm proud to tell anyone how much I appreciate them!! Thank you to Chris and his assistant Derek for everything that day, we appreciate it all more than I could ever express! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

My Husband and I got married on February 19, 2011, and Chris Barger from Pulse DJ Services was the greatest DJ ever. Not only did he play great music, but he was very attentive to our needs, and wants. Chris is more than a DJ, he made sure that our day was everything that we wanted...he even handled "issues" that had absolutely nothing to do with music, such as; the coordinating and wedding planning. I will most definitely used Pulse DJ Services again in the future, and will request Chris Barger. Chris you ROCK!!!! We loved everything that you did!!!!! Thank you so much for making our Wedding Day the most amazing day of our life. :-)

Pulse DJ services were very prompt and friendly on the front-end. From sending over the contract to executing payment, everything ran very smoothly. I LOVED their client access on their website where I was able to add songs to our playlist, timeline my wedding, and submit a planning form which detailed what song to play when, how to exit, how to enter, who was doing what, etc. On the front-end, Class A service all around. At the actual wedding, I was even more blown away by our personal DJ, Chris Barger. He was there setting up well before my other vendors and had everything in order. I didn't really have a wedding coordinator per say but Chris took over and made sure our wedding ran smoothly. He was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. He stuck to our timeline we had set with him but was also flexible when needed. I honestly don't think our wedding would have been as much of a success without Chris Barger's help - he was instrumental in our special day. His service, Class A++. Overall, I highly recommend Pulse DJ Services and would use them again. Especially Chris Barger, great DJ!

My husband and I were not a very "hands on" couple when it came to the wedding and we really didn't have an exact idea of what we wanted for our music. Chris was great with suggestions and picking music that got our guests dancing. This company has every song you can imagine and if they don't have one you want, they get it for you. He was always on time when we met with him and was professional throughout the whole process. He also smiled throughout the entire wedding which made it obvious that he enjoys what he does. The best part about this company, is it provided a non-cheesy reception which is exactly what I was looking for. Make the right decision and choose this DJ service for your wedding!

I would highly recommend Pulse DJ Services. They were very flexible and professional. Jarid was the perfect emcee for our wedding and played almost all of my requested music (I had a fairly long list). I love their website, which allows brides to make playlists and assign music throughout the even. It's the perfect tool for a bride busy with planning and it made my life so much easier. Overall, the experience was great!

Chris did an outstanding job! I would recommend him for anyone in need of a deejay. He was very professional and kept me on schedule for my entire ceremony and reception. My husband and I heard so many compliments from our guests about the music selections and how great our deejay was. Chris Meeks did an amazing job at our wedding. We were looking for someone who not cheesy, but professional and easy going. We had multiple people (at least 10) tell us how great of a job he did. The dance floor was literally packed the entire time. Plus, he did a great job at making accommodations when we wanted to switch things up a fewtimes...even setting up an extra space after asking him two weeks ahead of time. We actually ended up leaving the reception 30 minutes early because we had been dancing for two hours straight! It was awesome! If I know of anybody getting married or needing a dj, I would definitely recommend Chris Meeks.

Chris with Pulse DJ services is amazing. He was so professional and courteous. Several people came up to me during the night to tell me the selection of music he was playing was perfect, and he kept the party going all night long. We had a nice sit down dinner and the selection he chose was wonderful, it was perfect for the entire wedding party. I already have a friends who keep asking me about him so they can use him for upcoming events. Thanks again for making my wedding perfect.

Chris and Pulse DJ Services were really incredible. I would recommend them to anyone. The website was easy to use, he really followed our playlist (including our do not play list, which was really important to us!) Most of all, he was very friendly, professional, and kept the party going without being cheesy -- which was SO important to us. I would honestly recommend him to anyone needing a DJ in the metro Atlanta area. I can't imagine having picked a better DJ for our wedding.

We had the the time of our lives at the reception. I know hiring a DJ through DJPulse definitely contributed to the enjoyment of the evening. Without your amazing services, John and I would not had made such amazing memories with each other and our friends and family that night. As a bride, I would definitely recommend this company. I did a lot of research prior to choosing Chris. We really wanted someone who would MC our event, but wouldn't play the normal, cheesy wedding songs and who also wasn't overbearing and would embarrass guests to start dancing. We were really impressed with Chris and he seemed VERY professional. We really enjoyed all the music that he played at our wedding and we had a lot of people out on our dance floor most of the night. I had a lot of requests and he played everything that I wanted. I even downloaded the songs that he didn't have so that he could play them for us at the wedding.We were very happy with our DJ.
