Raney O'Keefe

I chose Raney about six months before my wedding, which might be a little early, but as Atlanta was a destination wedding for us, I wanted to secure a hair and make-up person as soon as possible. My coordinator recommended Raney, and I had already looked at Raney's website and she made my short list, so Raney it was! She kept in touch throughout the six months, if just to say hi and to make sure that everything was moving along. As we got closer to the wedding date, we arranged a trial run just after I arrived in Atlanta. She kept in touch with my coordinator regarding the schedule. Raney came to my hotel and we did hair and make-up based on some pictures and ideas that I had. She also did my matron of honor, my bridesmaid and my mother in law. My husband also wanted some touch-ups. She also covered my tattoo. She did everything! And everything was fantastic!

Raney did both my hair and makeup for my wedding day. She also did makeup for my mom. We worked together to find a style that I loved, even though I wasn't sure what I wanted when I arrived for my trial. My hair looked awesome and I got tons of compliments on it! She came to my location, her prices were super reasonable and I'd highly recommend her services.

Raney was awesome! She made me feel like a beauty queen. So many people complemented me on how beautiful I looked. She also did a great job with all of our bridesmaids and made everyone look gorgeous.

I recently got married and chose Raney for my wedding makeup and I am so glad I did because she did an amazing job and I felt so beautiful on my big day!! She is very professional and such a pleasure to work with! She was always prompt with her communication and followed up with me in the weeks prior to my wedding just to check in and say hi. I had a picture of the look I was going for and she listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. She is extremely knowledgeable about makeup and skincare and did a fabulous job on my friends and family. I also got the Xtreme Lashes and they are AMAZING!! They make such a big difference, especially since I have very thin eyelashes. They look so real and you don't need any mascara! I'm definately going back soon to get my fill-in's. I highly recommend Raney if you are in need of any makeup services!!

Raney was by far an absolutely perfect choice for my wedding day. The moment we spoke through email, she was already paying close attention to detail of how I wanted to look. My trial was wonderful. The makeup was flawless, and we played around with my hair and the end result was so AMAZING!!!! She made sure to take plenty of pictures and notes so that the day of the actual wedding she knew exactly where to start. She was so friendly and kind during the day, and knew ways to make me smile and laugh to keep my mind off pre wedding day jitters. That was an added plus.My family, and friends all night talked about how beautiful everything was. Thank you so much.I'm still enjoying my little bag she had waiting for me with makeup goodies. They are wonderful.

Raney was so awesome! I was the (very pregnant) matron of honor in my sister's wedding and definitely needed some beautification! She made me feel and look beautiful during a time when that was far from an easy task. Her personality was adorable and her service very professional. My sister and I looked great and felt great as well! I only wish I could have had her for my wedding years ago!!

Raney did an amazing job with my hair, makeup and eye lashes on my wedding day. She also did each of my bridesmaids' hair. She was on time, friendly and professional, which made my wedding day fun and care-free. She really listened to all of us to make sure we were satisfied with our looks. I liked Raney immediately when we met at my trial and knew she was the right choice for the wedding day. I got so many compliments on my hair and makeup, and I love how everyone looks in the pictures! I can't say enough good things about her and definitely recommend her to all Atlanta brides!

Raney was so wonderful to work with. I am so glad I did Xtreme lashes with her - they were an added touch to my overall look that made me feel fabulous. The lashes were perfectly done and lasted for a long time. My actual wedding day hair and makeup was so pretty and flawless. She took my ideas of fresh and romantic and executed them perfectly! I can't speak highly enough of Raney and her amazing talents! I contacted her to do the makeup for myself and my two bridesmaids for my wedding in June. From the first email, she was (and continues to be!) incredibly responsive about all things beauty related - an area in which I am admittedly clueless! From our first meeting at the make-up trial, she was wonderful about helping me select a look that would go with the ideas I had for my wedding day make-up. She listened, offered advice and I was thrilled with the results :) In the several months from that first meeting to my actual wedding day, Raney kept in contact (which I really appreciated!) and was helpful with selecting touch-up makeup, which I love so much I now use it every day. Raney helped put together a schedule that would coordinate with the photographer and hair appointments on my actual wedding day. She arrived on time (as another review has said, that's important! :)) The results were spectacular -my bridesmaids and I all felt and looked beautiful. I cannot tell you the number of people that came up to me at the reception and told me how gorgeous I looked and how amazing my make-up was. I was so absolutely thrilled to be able to work with Raney, and can't wait to book her for my next formal event!

I'm the type of girl who's been planning my wedding since age 5, so when I got engaged it was only natural that I immerse myself in all things wedding related! The dress, photographer, flowers, linen, stationary, etc. were all extremely important to me, but when it came down to it I wanted to make sure that I felt beautiful on the one day that I'd been planning my whole life! Thankfully, I found Raney and she was able to make my one wish come true! From the first day we met I knew she would be the one that I hired. The trial went flawlessly and she offered many suggestions regarding application, colors and overall "looks". On my wedding day she showed up on time (which is very important), was extremely professional, and took her time to make sure "my look" was perfect! I received so many compliments that night regarding how beautiful and natural my make-up looked in person and I LOVE how it looks in all of my pictures! I would definitely recommend Raney to anyone who wants to look beautiful whether it be on your wedding day or just a fun night out on the town! :)

Meticulous is the best word for Raney's eyelash extension application. And all you have to do is lay there and enjoy her sparkling conversation. The process is simple - the gluing of individual synthetic lashes with medical grade adhesive. However there could be major room for error. You can trust Raney to do this correctly. She's also X-Treme certified which means she's had professional training. Now, should you do it? The lashes are gorgeous. Eyelash extension placement takes time, but it makes eye make-up extraneous. It's also expensive, but it made me feel really confident and, dare I say, pretty. It's worth the splurge. And you will love Raney.
