The one great thing about this company is that they have a very wide selection of whatever you are looking for. Everything else, I must say is not to my liking. The person we dealt with was very rude and made me feel like she was doing me a favor. The second time I came in to get a service. My husband called in to make an appointment and was told to ask for our lady when I got there. So I get there and I tell them that I'm looking for so and so. The person asks me what my name is, so I tell her and I spell it out for her multiple times and gets agitated in front of me and loudly asks me over and over again how to spell it. Another worker finally comes to her and helps her. After waiting, our lady comes in and I tell her I'm here to get my ring cleaned. She gives me a frustrated look like why did you bother me to do that, you could have just asked anyone and she mentions it to her coworker right in front of me. I knew I could have done that, but usually at these places where they work off commission I would think she wanted me to come back to her.

My husband bought my engagement ring almost two years before we started having to look for bands, and, while it was perfect of course, nothing matched (and was in our budget). We went to every jeweler in Atlanta and nothing suited our needs. Finally, we went to Solomon Bros, and they not only they had a ring that looked decent, but also were able to BEAT (yes, beet, not just meet) our budget. We all know that jewelery is priced up anyway, but making it even less than our budget and having it be exactly what we wanted---- who could ask for more? Also, the service was always very friendly. We ended up buying my husband's band there too with a similarly pleasant experience.

We worked with Ron at Solomon and he was great! My ring is a Tacori and I couldn't be happier!! It is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. Ron was an excellent resource on diamonds and was able to provide guidance long distance. We purchased both my engagement ring and wedding band, as well as my husband's ring from him. We are extremely happy with them all.

We chose to visit Soloman Brothers due to the reviews online and its close proximity to our Buckhead workplace. We did, in fact, purchase an engagement ring here giving poor customer service the benefit of the doubt; it is a beautiful, busy store. However, now after multiple repeat visits from my fiancé and I to complete our wedding set and potentially buy wedding presents for one another, I've realized that this is truly not a place where we want to bring our repeated business. Employees fail to keep records up, so every time you are pretty much a stranger. We have had employees go on tangents about the dredges of long-term marriage, another failed to give us a receipt when we left expensive jewelry in their care to be worked on (we realized it as we walked out the door), and they failed to record my fiancé's ring size (we had it taken here 3 times and kept reminding them to please put it in the system for my return to purchase). Appearances of this store are good until you go in on a day when it is not busy and realize that this is not really a place that has their act together, or one that I would trust with my valuable purchases. Shame on me that it took 3 strikes!

I love that my hubby went to Solomon Brothers! He said that they were extremely helpful and educated him on the ins and outs of purchasing a diamond. He also liked that he felt zero pressure to spend more than he could afford. My ring is gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. When we went back to pick out our wedding bands they treated us like royalty despite our small budget. First class customer service!

We got our rings from Solomon Brothers, and we had a wonderful experience. First, my fiance worked with Ron to pick out the most PERFECT engagement ring. After that, we went back for our wedding bands. Ron was wonderful to work with us to find the rings that best suited our personalities, lifestyle, and (most importantly) budget! He was committed to helping us find the perfect ring - and I never felt like he was trying to simply make a sale. We'll definitely go back to him for more jewelry in the future. I came to Solomon Brothers with my best friend (and eventual Maid of Honor) to "just look" at her insistence following my then-boyfriend's prodding about what type of rings I liked. I loved that they took our time very seriously, but they didn't pressure us. I was worried when we arrived and saw how fancy it was that they would just see two early twenty somethings and would not take it very seriously, but they did. They were really sweet and showed us all different types of rings and options. They talked about a variety of payment options and how they will always honor the value of your purchase. You can trade in your jewelry for the value it's worth any time and purchase something else. This is great for people that can't afford the ring they hope to wear for forever at the time of engagement. I didn't know it, but my husband went the same day and purchased my dream ring. He said they made the experience amazing, easy, and they were completely clear on everything. They even helped him with a few tricks to save some money. We went back to get appraisals, purchase his ring, and get my ring cleaned a few times. Each time, they treated us like we were the most important clients. They also treated us with the same great respect when I took one of my friends potentially getting engaged soon to look at rings. My favorite thing about them: A week before my wedding, one of the tiny pave diamonds in my setting fell out. They don't make the rings there, they just carry the designers and diamonds, etc. It was under warranty for the designer, but that wasn't Solomon Brother's responsibility. I was so impressed that they went to so much trouble to fix an engagement ring they weren't accountable for to help me. They paid to overnight my ring to the designer, contacted the designer to tell them to put a rush on it since my wedding was in 7 days, and paid to have it overnighted back. They promised me they'd have it back several days before the wedding, and sure enough, the day they promised, they called me to tell me it had arrived. I was so impressed with their help. Also, their prices are amazing. Everything we purchased from them was priced way under the actual value. I love them!

My ring is so gorgeous!!! We looked everywhere between Colorado Springs and Denver and could not find what I was looking for. Solomon Brothers has an excellent web site to preview settings. I found what I wanted and they put a CZ in it and shipped it to us to make sure it was what we wanted. Then Tim picked the diamond from their web site as well, we sent it back and a few days later, I had my ring!!!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our wedding bands through Solomon Brothers. It was very hard to find a wedding ring to fit with my engagement ring (bought elsewhere), and we had a custom band made at Solomon Brothers. Fantastic service, fast, and beautiful location. Also, it ended up being less expensive than our back-up blue nile and whiteflash rings! My husband liked it so much that he bought my wedding day pearl earrings there. Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous.

Terry at Solomon Brothers has been fantastic to work with. My fiancee got my e-ring there but we also ended up getting both the wedding bands and purchased a watch through a friend of Terry's. It is always a great experience when we go to the store.

Solomon Brothers was perfect for us to order my ring. They have a great selection of diamonds and designer ring brands. We were able to order the stone and the ring from the same store and have it shipped to us in California. This was a great relief since insured shipping was free and we did not have to pay taxes for the purchase. The only challenge that we had was contacting them after we made the purchase so that we could know when it would be ready and track the shipment. It took over a month for the ring to get to us but when it did get here it was beautiful.

My fiance got my engagement ring there and had such a pleasant experience, he insisted we go back to look for his wedding band. We were extremely pleased with the service, though we didn't shop around on prices enough to know if we were getting a good value. But definitely great service!

Their customer service is tip top and the quality of product is amazing. They are also very patient with very undecisive brides, from our wedding bands to the grooms gift. We used Solomon Brothers for my engagement ring and both of our wedding bands. We also purchased wedding gifts for each other before the wedding - diamond earrings for me and a watch for my husband. The ring my husband got for me was from solomon brothers, and it was a complete surprise. I didn't know he ordered it, but he told me afterwards. From the ring itself, I would have to say that it is a very beautiful and classy ring, looks very high quality.
