Jennifer Lackey with storybook weddings was phenomenal!!!!!!!!! We started working with Jennifer late in the process of planning our wedding when we decided we needed someone to help us coordinate with the vendors and to help organize all of the details as we got closer to our big day. We also needed someone to coordinate with the venue directors of both the church and the reception. Jennifer did all of this and much more! In the couple of months leading up to the wedding, Jennifer was able to help us with every single question that came up! Anything from helping us find a great website for ordering sparklers to recommending and helping coordinate with a videographer when we changed our minds pretty close to our day and decided that we wanted our ceremony to be recorded. The week of the wedding, Jennifer’s detailed itinerary and tireless efforts to coordinate with the vendors helped alleviate so much of our stress. We were able to just enjoy the week leading up to the wedding as Jennifer was so very organized and did a fantastic job coordinating, making sure all of the vendors, family members, and the wedding party knew exactly where to be and when. The wedding weekend was absolutely perfect and I seriously have Jennifer to thank for how smoothly it went!!!!!! Starting from our rehearsal to the end of the reception, Jennifer kept us on schedule and always knew exactly what we needed to do next. She worked so very well with the venue coordinators at both the church and the reception place. She made sure the coordinators were on schedule and were doing everything exactly how we had planned. The entire weekend was perfect because of the way Jennifer helped keep everything on schedule. On the wedding day, Jennifer was seriously in a million different places at once! She was readily available to help in any way she could. She coordinated wonderfully with the photographer and florist, making sure everyone knew where to be for pictures and making sure everyone had the right flowers. She answered any questions anybody had, she constantly made sure I had everything I needed, and she made sure all of the vendors knew exactly what they were to do as well. While coordinating and tending to a lot of people that day, she remained calm and collected no matter what. Her composure throughout the entire day kept me calm, relaxed and completely stress free. I did not worry about a single detail of the wedding, as I was confident that Jennifer had everything under control. Her calming presence played a major role in allowing me, my family, and the wedding party to fully enjoy the day. We cannot be more grateful for the way she allowed us to enjoy our special weekend while she took care of the rest! Two things that were so very evident while working with Jennifer were she is very experienced and that she truly loves what she does. The amount of information she had for us and the incredible suggestions quickly showed us that she knows her stuff! The way she worked so very hard to ensure everything was exactly as we wanted showed how much she truly loves her job. She certainly shared in our joy and excitement that day. She made me feel very special and made it a priority to make sure everyone was able to enjoy the special weekend. And because of her, we were able to do just that. Jennifer is an absolute delight to work with!! She is so kind, sweet, and caring. She is also very organized, efficient, and extremely reliable. One of the best decisions we made was to work with Jennifer throughout this planning process. We are so very thankful for all that she did to make our wedding weekend absolutely perfect!

Our wedding would not have been as amazing as it was without Storybook Wedding's services! We were planning our wedding from out of state, and Storybook Wedding made the planning process so easy and seamless from afar. Jennifer was completely hands on from the moment we signed the contract throughout the four day wedding event. I can't say enough wonderful things about Jennifer from Storybook Wedding Consulting! She truly was such a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to make sure that I didn't worry about a thing the day of the wedding! She did a wonderful job working with all my vendors and handled any and all issues that came up on the wedding day quickly and efficiently and most importantly, without worrying me! I highly recommend having Jennifer as your wedding planner. She is extremely organized, prepared for all types of possible situations on and before the wedding day, and knows everything about the business. I was so calm on my wedding day because I was confident in Jennifer's expertise. She directed the wedding party and me at all times- she really seemed to be everywhere at once. She was fully aware of everything going on in different parts of the ceremony and reception sites and took care of the communication between parties. She shielded me from stress and checked on me constantly. She helped provide a regret free wedding!

Jennifer was a godsend! I have nicknamed her the Wedding Fairy Godmother because she was so amazingly helpful and generally wonderful in every way. For many reasons, I did not have as much time as I would have liked to devote to my wedding planning. I was often running late on deadlines, misplacing contracts, forgetting details, etc. Jennifer was incredibly patient and always made sure I was on the right track. She fielded all of my many questions, provided valuable referrals to great vendors, and generally helped me keep my cool in the midst of wedding madness.During the final days leading up to my wedding and for the rehearsal and ceremony itself, Jen was invaluable. She provided me and my wedding party, plus all of my vendors, with a detailed itinerary that saved me from having to explain to 25 different people where to be, when, and why. She smoothly coordinated all of our vendors, deliveries, timing, pictures, family members, and even our four crazed children. She was there to zip my dress (a close call!) and even tied the perfect bow for our five year-old daughter's sash. (This is the kind of thing that just made my day so much happier.) She directed the flow of the day beautifully, and I could not be more thankful to have had her there. I have to agree with a previous reviewer that Jen definitely rates higher than a 5. She was perfect and made my wedding seamless, worry-free, and fun. I am thrilled to now have Jennifer as a friend and would recommend her to anyone without reservation. Jennifer was amazing during the whole planning stage of our wedding. She was there anytime I needed any questions or to keep us on track to make this a stress-free and amazing day. Quite simply put, Jennifer changed our whole wedding planning experience and made our daughter's wedding the exact wedding she wanted and we hoped for. When we first met Jennifer, she told us she would do as much or as little as we wanted her to do. We had the church and the reception site booked but we realized their "planners" were more about scheduling and making sure their rules were followed and that was fine. And then there was Jennifer and Storybook Wedding Consulting! She was there for us. She prescreened vendors who were available for our date, set up appointments, accompanied us if we wanted her to and introduced us personally to wonderful vendors. We didn't always choose the first vendor and Jenifer was always willing to make more plans. I'm sorry the rating maxes out at 5.0...Storybook Weddings and Jennifer Lackey are a "10"!!!

Jennifer was instrumental for me in the months leading up to my wedding, helping to not only secure vendors but also manage those contacts while I was recovering from back surgery. I had a vision for what I wanted the wedding to be and she was able to turn that vision into a reality for me. She also made the day of the wedding seamless for me, so I could just enjoy the day. With her help and expertise, it truly was a storybook wedding!

Jennifer was a great wedding coordinator, i cant immagine what i would have done without her..she was extremely organized, focused, helpful and on top of everything...she helped me a lot during the last touches of the wedding preparations and the day of the wedding...i recommend her to any bride, she is a blessing

Storybook Wedding Consulting was fabulous to work with. I heard great things about their day of services prior to booking and can now say from experience that this is definitely the case! We passed all of the wedding details and logistics to the experts and focused on enjoying our special day! They ensured every detail went off without a hitch, starting with the rehearsal the day before through our departure from the church. Every last detail that you could think of, or even not think of, was covered! I could not be happier with their services or my wedding weekend as a whole. My wedding memories will last a lifetime and I thank Storybook for all of their contributions.

We had to plan the rehearsal dinner for our son's wedding. Since the wedding was in Atlanta and we live in South Florida, we needed help. Jennifer was terrific! She walked us through the whole procedure. Even though she was eight months pregnant, she took us to several restaurants until we found the one that was perfect for our party. We loved working with Storybook Weddings for our day-of reception help! Jennifer was professional and executed all the details that we planned perfectly. It was such a relief to give her all the decorative items for the reception (place cards, table top decor, guest book, etc.) a few days before the wedding so we didn't need to worry about it. She coordinated all deliveries with our vendors and everything showed up on time and was perfect. We are so happy we chose Storybook for our day-of reception help!

We used Jennifer at Storybook Wedding Consulting for the 'day of coordination', but I feel like I got so much more. She was so concerned with every aspect of the wedding and wanted to make sure I was happy. She was always on time and she followed through with everything she promised. Her professionalism always shined through when dealing with the vendors. On my wedding day, I was totally relaxed and confident because I knew she was taking care of everything.

Despite the threat (and eventual realization) of severe weather during my wedding reception, I was a worry-free bride! Jennifer and the staff at Villa Christina worked very well together and took care of everything. Guests still rave about our wedding. I used all vendors that Jennifer and Villa Christina suggested and have ZERO complaints. They know what they are doing!

Jennifer was amazing, she kept everything running smoothly and made it all seem perfect. She was great at keeping me calm while keeping all the vendors in check on the crazy day of the wedding. She never tried to push ideas on me but always had great suggestions when I asked for them. I have recommended her to many of my friends and will continue to do so.

Jennifer Lackey and Story Book Weddings helped to make my wedding my dream wedding. Her insight and experience were so valuable. She coordinated our event which included over 150+ guests wedding at the Atlanta History Center's Swan House lawn followed by a reception inside the Grand Hall. (A beautiful venue with which Jennifer was familiar.) Jennifer worked "behind the scenes" with my other vendors (florists, photographer, caterer) to make sure the event went smoothly from beginning to end. She asked me exactly what I wanted and made sure that those things happened. My day was a beautiful day that allowed me to relax and enjoy. I was so grateful and so were my parents who were able to just enjoy the time with our wedding party and guests. My only regret was the day went by too fast; (however, if Jennifer had the ability to make the day longer, she would have done so.) It was a phenomenal day that people still say, was the "most beautiful wedding they have ever attended." Thanks to Jennifer and Storybook Wedding staff for all of their help.

I couldn't imagine how my wedding day would have been without Jen there taking care of everything. Not only is Jen detail-oriented, organized, and has the ability to take control of a situation, which is very important, but she is also friendly and a joy to be around. By the day of my wedding, I felt like Jen and I had been friends for years. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner in the Atlanta area. I was a professional wedding photographer at ThirtyFive, Atlanta for three years, and I worked with a large number of wedding planners during that time, and Jen was my top choice when it came to picking a planner for my own wedding.

Jennifer Lackey did a wonderful job as my wedding planner. She made sure that everything was taken care of and that I didnt have to worry about a thing. One of the ways that she was the most helpful was when the cake arrived they had not decorated it as planned, which could have been a major catasrophe. She quickly went and got the roses that were to be placed on the cake and decorated it beautifully. The caterer was supposed to serve the cake but did not, so Jennifer stood in! Also, she was fantastic at making sure everything went smoothly. She was prompt and always available for any of my questions or concerns! She did tons of calling for me to make sure everything was where it was supposed to be and arriving on time.
