The Atrium

We had such an amazing wedding (reception) at The Atrium. They basically took care of all of the details and made it amazing! The food was excellent, the flowers were beautiful and the Atrium is just such a beautiful spot - the outdoor gardens made for the best photos!

We just got married Oct 8,2011 and it couldnt have been better. Every detail was taken care of us and you can tell they know how to throw a wedding. The design department was exceptional. Harry knew everything about the flowers and the vision I was going for and the excitement and passion he has for his job is infectious. There's nothing cookie cutter about their venues. Even though they offer everything from the food, flowers to the cake and decor it is designed especially for you. Katie Day and all the staff was so amazing with everything we needed and Macari was 10 steps ahead of anything that was needed. The main thing we wanted was stress free and fun and we got it. I worried about nothing. All my guest loved that there was this beautiful little garden and venue tucked away. They couldnt get over how beautiful the ceremony area looked at night and the inside was deorated amazingly. If had to say one thing I would have changed is if I could have extended it longer. The day just went too fast. I will definatly recommend this venue to friends.

Our wedding was everything a girl could dream of!! All the staff at the Atrium and Magic Moments were AMAZING!! From going to our first "look" at the Atrium, to the final day of our wedding, we were treated like we were the only people intrested in it. They have a great way of making you feel special. We had our ceremony outside and the reception inside. The garden is just stunning and we would recommend it to anyone getting married there. All of our guest still continue to talk about how beautiful everything was and how awesome the food tasted!! The only thing I wish we could change is having more time!! This is a great spot, although the pictures online are great, they still don't do it justice. It is so beautiful in person!

We got married at The Atrium in March of this year, and it was absolutely wonderful! Even the process of planning the wedding (which I thought would be stressful and boring) was made fun and exciting by the awesome professional staff at The Atrium. Katie was our planner, and she took care of all the details for us. She understood the vision we had for our day and made it happen for us. She also offered us great tips on the menu, design elements, etc., to help us stay within our budget. The Atrium was actually one of the most budget-friendly venues we looked at, and we certainly don't regret a thing about choosing The Atrium as our venue.The design team was also phenomenal. We were so happy to work with Sarah and Matt, who were both very efficient and friendly, and made planning our flowers, cake, etc. a lot of fun! Ultimately, we felt that the staff took care of all the details and really relieved us of the stress of wedding planning. They were fantastic, and our wedding day was perfect! I can't tell enough people about The Atrium, and I recommend it every chance I get.

Absolutely love this venue! The most beautiful wedding I could have asked for! Everything is pretty much included. Their services and professionalism made planning our wedding SOOO easy and stress-free, not to mention absolutely gorgeous! The flowers were absolutely breathtaking (our bouquets and decorations). We also rented the "wheelhouse" (lights and tulle that droop out from the center of the ceiling.) When it got dark, the lights sparkled and lit up the 2 story tall balllroom with this amazing warmth and twinkling. It was fantastic! The food was also delicious. And we absolutely loved our day of wedding coordinator. We love this venue. If we were to get married again, we would definitely come back here... hands down!

My family & friends are still raving about my recent wedding at the Atrium. They executed my ideas and really brought my vision to life. Be advised - they have guidelines in place that limit choices on some matters like menu and decor, but I was somewhat relieved because it helped me to make a quick & final decision. Too many options can really become overwhelming during the planning stage anyway. I would recommend them to any couple who needs great service without all the hassle. They are true professionals who will get the job done!

Our Wedding at the Atrium was beautiful. While planning the wedding they were very professional and punctual in helping me answer all of my questions and assisting me. I would have to say all of our guest had an amazing time and loved the venue. There are a few things that I was disappointed with. The Atrium is not fully handicap accessible. My mother who is in a wheelchair could not use the restrooms or visit me in the bridal suite. The other thing is that they made so much food but it was not to leave the venue. You pay so much money per head and they just pack up the food so fast and throw the remainders away. Of course the bride and groom gets a to go plate but tons of food got tossed which I felt was a waste of my money. The Atrium requires that you purchase huge flower center pieces for the buffet. They were beautiful however we had a hard time fitting them into cars and deciding who should get them. I would have rather spent my money else where but of course that was not an option. All in all I did not have to worry about linens, center pieces, food, beverages, etc. It was a one stop shop and of course you may come out of pocket a little more for these places but the convenience is what you are paying for. The Atrium was just that convenience mixed with romance.

The quality of service I received from the director of the facility and the catering coordinator were fabulous. They were good listeners and very professional and patient. The floral and decor planner is VERY knowledgeable and to be trusted. She executed exactly what I wanted and made expert recommendations. The decor department was very accommodating to changes. Everything turned out EXACTLY as I had requested. The food was INCREDIBLE. My guests were happy, many saying it was the nicest wedding they'd ever attended. The rehearsal went very smoothly thanks to the wedding coordinator, however I wasn't happy with our phone conversations, as I felt like she was unprofessional and rushed, and did not listen very well. Also, the cake showed up and did not look like the picture I had provided her, but she did not alert me to that. Again, though, if not for her, I don't know what the wedding day would have been like. It was seriously stress-free. She handled everything and was very sweet. I don't know why people are complaining about the cost. I thought it was VERY reasonable and realistic; the food, the bar, and the decor. The planners did NOT pressure you to add-on, or spend money at all, and did their best to help you meet your goals AND within your budget. Their cake prices, however, are outrageous. Don't even bother. They packed up all the food and flowers to go, which is very nice to come home to. If you want a classy, impressive wedding, worry-free, guided by experts that know the business, and all at a realistic price, then use The Atrium.

I had my dream wedding. That's all there is to it, the very best night of my life. I had nothing to worry about planning wise b/c they took care of it all! And it was the cheapest place i found, so i don't where you guys looked that you're complaining about prices. I got my entire wedding (with 75 guests) from the atrium for 5400. and i had an open bar, so i think i got off pretty unscathed price wise. Do not get your cake here though, mine was a hundred dollars out of house and was prettier than anything i could have gotten there.They took care of everything, so i actually had fun at my wedding instead of freaking out about everything! It was great

We LOVED having our wedding at the Atrium! Everyone we met with to plan our wedding (the sales staff, the wedding planner, design department) was amazing. On the day of, I can say that nothing went wrong at all. We had magic moments do our flowers and cake and they were all there on time and just as we had expected or even better than we had expected! The wedding planning sessions were a nice touch and I'm glad they were included in our wedding package. Also, I liked how the sales office gave estimated costs using crystal reports rather than stating arbitrary numbers which some venues actually do! I also liked how the venue included chivari chairs as well as many other things which other venues don't include (cake cutting set, etc). Overall, this place is amazing, especially for a wedding < 120 because you have the whole place to yourself including a beautiful garden! :)

We had an evening ceremony and reception at The Atrium. Everything ran pretty flawlessly. Before the big day, both Brandy and Hillary were a pleasure to work with. The were both very responsive and receptive to any questions I had throughout the entire process. My husband is in the military, and they even helped with changing our date when we needed. The day of the wedding, Katherine (our wedding director) was extremely helpful and made sure everthing ran perfectly. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything turned out. The Design Department executed exactly what we wanted and it was absolutely gorgeous. We loved everything from the flowers, to centerpieces, to bouquets... The food was delicious and turned out better than we expected. We were kind of disappointed to find out not many people were served cake. We had way too much left over. We thought the prices for the food and alcohol (including a 21% service charge) was a little high compared to some places. All in all, everything turned out better than we expected. We would definitely recommend The Atrium for your wedding!!!

The Atrium is a perfect place to have your dream wedding. I can not say more about it! From the service, food, floral arrangements, decor, everything was perfect. I could not believe how pretty everything was on that day! I did not have to worry about anything. I would recommend the Atrium to anyone who wants to have a peferct, stress free wedding.

The Atrium was fabulous! I had my wedding ceremony outdoors and reception indoors and everything was perfect!! I didn't have to worry about a thing! People couldn;t stop talking about what a wonderful wedding it was! I would highly reccomend The Atrium to anyone!!

The Atrium was amazing!!! The location, venue, gardens, catering, cake, planners, coordinators, EVERYTHING was perfect!!! I honestly can't imagine a more perfect wedding. Everyone bent over backwards to accommodate us. The venue and gardens were amazing...beautiful! We were lucky and the sun was shining and the birds were chirping...which made it all the more perfect. I am sooo happy we chose The Atrium for the most important day of our lives!!

I recently had my wedding at The Atrium in April of 2010. I highly recommend The Atrium and Magic Moments in general if you are considering a wedding or other special event. Everything was absolutely perfect and seamless. I would not have changed a single thing about my wedding and that is largely due to the personnel at The Atrium.

My wedding ceremony and reception at The Atrium was perfect. My wedding ceremony in the garden was beautiful and my reception was perfect. My guests are still talking about what a perfect wedding it was! The Magic Moments Design Department helped me SO much in the planning of my wedding! I went to them with a few pictures, but no real ideas, and they made everything look beautiful and exactly like what I pictured. On my wedding day I didn't have to worry about a thing! Everything was taken care of! I really could not have been happier with my experience at The Atrium!!

Although The Atrium is a beautiful facility, they disappointed us in almost every other aspect. They were not upfront on the prices, and our wedding ended up costing us double what our initial quote was. They were very hard to work with; we had to call several times to set up meetings, and most of the people we worked with were rude and unapologetic for the inconviences. When we mentioned the high prices, they simply said that it's normal for wedding venues to over charge!! Had we not signed a contract that would have caused us to lose money, we would have chosen another location. However, that being said, our wedding day was pretty perfect. The decor was beautiful, our director was extremely helpful, and it was everything we asked for. I'm just not convinced that we could not have received the same result elsewhere for less money and a better experience.

Our wedding day at The Atrium was all I could have imagined! Given that our wedding date was just days from Christmas, my decor was breathtaking! They had a lot of decor already in place for the season, and with the rich palate of golds, chocolates, burgandy and evergreen .. I simply complimented it with my choices. When I arrived to get ready for pictures, the place had already been transformed with flowers, garlands, candles and lights - I was so pleased! Everything went off without a hitch (at least to my knowledge), which is what I loved most about the place. I had a director to coordinate the arrival of family, vendors and guests, all the while keeping me calm and ensuring that I had all I needed. Finally, I must mention the food ... incredible! We have picky eaters among us, and there were no complaints! Plus, being sent home with our own private selection of everything after the wedding was a huge bonus!

I was overall very happy with the Atrium. It was absolutely beautiful and everyone said how nice the wedding was.

Magic Moments is self explanatory. They are wonderfully flexible for whatever budget/dream you want to create on your day. The design team was wonderful as was the catering. The food was delicious! They both helped us create our day exactly how we wanted within the budget we were prepared for. The Atrium in itself is just romantic, and you are literally in such a daze the whole time. Our guests raved on how perfect the wedding and ceremony,reception and food was. It was great! Thank you! -Alicia and Douglas Ashcroft Jackson
