I wanted something special to transport my daughter and son-in-law from their wedding reception to their motel. Horse and carriage? Not on a Friday night at 11 pm in Duluth. A stretch limo seemed blah, and I am kinda creeped out by wasting so much gas to transport 2 people (OK, 3, counting the driver.) Then I stumbled on Special Day Limos and I am so thrilled. The husband/wife team were a joy to work with. They have a "stable" of gorgeous, vintage cars. I chose the '61 Silver Bentley to surprise the kids. It was decked out tastefully as if for a royal wedding with a ribbon and "just Married" on the back window. The kids were thrilled, and the pictures our photographer took of them posed in front of it are priceless. They look like movie stars. When the chauffeur dropped them off he presented them with champagne and chocolates, Special Limos' gift, to enjoy that night and once again they were surprised and delighted. Don't know if any gas was saved, but these guys topped off a perfect wedding.

What a wonderful way to end our reception. We stopped and had the driver take our pictures at a historical location (they turned out really awesome!) Nice drive and wonderful relaxation after a long morning!

This vendor was booked for us, and they failed to show up on the night of our wedding. We made our exit with our guests to find NO CAR waiting for us and had to frantically arrange for cabs at the last minute. Simply inexcusable. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!

Awesome! We rented the 1966 RR Princess Vanden Plas Limousine from this vendor. We were very pleased with our service! Jack was our driver and was so nice and generous with his time with us. He offered to drive us around after we left our reception and gave us a bottle of champagne, champagne glasses and chocolates. Jack was professional and easy to work with. The car was beautiful and we can't wait to get our photos back! Everything met and exceeded our expectations.

We rented the 66' Rolls for our exodus from the our wedding venue. Our driver, Jack, was professional and personable so we had a blast! And to top it off, he and Lisa presented us with champagne once we arrived at the hotel! Talk about rolling out the red carpet!! I would HIGHLY recommend this company if you're looking for that vintage feel in a sweet car!!

Lisa and Jack were great to deal with! Very helpful, nice, honest, and prompt. And we loved our classic car!! Thank you!

They did a very nice job. The only negative is that we were told that the vehicle would be refurbished before our wedding and it was not. But, we didn't even notice in the dark. The silver Bentley was the perfect exit from our ceremony and will look gorgeous in the photos.

We were very pleased with Special Day Limo. The car was great and the driver was very friendly. They were very easy to get in touch with and helpful in selecting a car. They provided extra personal touches that most of the other companies did not. We were very happy with Special Day Limo.

I really wanted a classic car to take us from our reception to the hotel after our wedding. Special Day Limos/Wedding Trans had the best price for a short trip, since they allowed us to rent for just one hour. The woman who helped me book was very nice and even addressed my concerns from reading other reviews on Wedding Wire. Our driver arrived right on time and had the red carpet rolled out for us before our big sparkler exit. He was super-nice during the ride and also let us stop for pictures a little before the hotel so we wouldn't get mobbed by our guests. Per my request, Wedding Trans had a bottle of champagne, glasses, and chocolates for us to take to the hotel, which was awesome since our hotel was supposed to provide that as well and forgot ;)

If you want to make it to your destination, dont use this company. Their cars are gorgeous; however, they dont work. We used them to get us from our reception to our hotel in downtown. We got about halfway to the hotel when the car overheated and left us standing on the side of the road for about half an hour. Our driver was great, he was very apologetic and super friendly. When I called the company 2 days later to request some sort of refund, they told me that I had been quoted some amazingly low rate that they had never heard of and couldnt understand how I had gotten such a low rate. They said that since I had received such a low rate, the best they could do was give us $50 bucks for a dinner out. I understand the cars are 50 years old and stuff happens. but if you are in the customer service business and you leave a bride and groom stranded on the side of the highway at 10pm for half an hour, there should be some sort of compensation for that when we paid you for services that didnt include standing alongside the highway on the most special night of our lives. After reading the other reviews, I would recommend not using them as this appears to be a theme.

We had a great experience with Tim and A White Rolls Royce. Tim responded promptly to our emails and kept in touch about the time and drop off location. The Rolls Royce was beautiful, and our driver was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely use them again!

I strongly recommend any brides NOT using Tim Lorenz. I got married on September 10th 2010 and had booked Tim for an hour and a half. Tim was meant to arrive at 3.30pm but I had to call him at 3.40pm to find out where he was, he told me he was running late due to traffic. He then called me back at 3.50pm to tell me he was going to be about another 15 mins late because the original driver had to get a flight home as his sister had tried to commit suicide (although Tim had emailed me the night before stating he would now be driving us). After waiting about 40 mins for him i told him to turn around and go home, all i wanted was a full refund. Tim is full of excuses, i do not care what the reason was, i paid for a service and did not get it. Although he did give me a full refund i highly recommend no-one using him. Please do not make the mistake i did and book him.

A White Rolls Royce or Wedding trans( They use both names) provided terrible service on my wedding day. We were left at the church to wait for over thirty minutes. They called our wedding coordinator and said they were stuck in traffic. There was no traffic so I am not sure why they used this excuse. My husband called and they said it would only be another 5 minutes and it took longer than that. When the driver picked us up up, he didnt know where he was going and my husband had to give him directions to our reception. When I heard the negative reviews before, I thought I would give them a try anyways. They did not meet their commitments and offered for us to use the car on another day other than Saturday. I planned to use them on my wedding day, not to joy ride around Atlanta. Very disappointed, go with another company.

They did a great job. I was impressed that the price was better than a limo would have been for the same thing. They arrived early and guests loves taking pictures with the car. They had come up a few days early to find the place and drive to where we were staying to ensure they knew where we were going. I thought that was really cool. Our driver did a great job of knowing how much and how little to talk to us on the ride. I mean, we were a bit distracted! It was a slight let-down that they didn't have the champagne they said we'd have in the car, but, our venue sent us home with some, so it was fine for us. Another couple might find it a shame. Overall, it was a great value compared to everything else and we ended up having a wonderful and memorable getaway!

We used A White Rolls Royce for our transportation from the wedding to our hotel. Our car showed up on time and decorated with ribbons and a "just married" sign on the back. A red carpet and rope were rolled out for us and our guests got a huge kick out of watching us get into the car for our departure. We didn't end up with the car that we had originally wanted but we knew that ahead of time and enjoyed the one that we ended up with. There was a little confusion on the front end of the planning process but it was all cleared up long before the wedding. They provided us with good service and a quality vehicle which is exactly what we wanted.

This company, and the owner Tim, is low class. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid them. After verbally (and by email) committing to a 15 minute different time frame 3 days before the wedding, he informed me with a call 14 minutes before I was walking my daughter down the aisle that he shouldn’t have agreed to it. He said he had another event he might be late for (which I’m sure was a lucrative job he booked the day of our event). He gets into a shouting match with me right before my daughter’s wedding and finally tells me he will honor his commitment, but that I don’t get “one minute” past our agreed time. The arrogant, cocky, and completely insensitive attitude was incredible. He then shows up at the reception and says he has changed his mind, and will not take my daughter and husband by our home to change clothes and get their luggage because he doesn’t think he will have enough time. We nearly end up in a fist fight in the foyer of the reception facility because of his obstinance.I end up having to leave the reception and drive luggage down to my daughter and husband (90 minute round trip). By the way, we were on the phone with my daughter when he arrived at their hotel with 21 minutes to spare. Going by our home (which was on the way) would have added about 5 minutes, so there was plenty of time. What a nightmare this guy was. And of course, no refund or adjustment whatsoever.

I would recommend any bride looking to use A White Rolls Royce to AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. When we got into the car after the wedding, the driver asked us Where to? This was strange, considering the owner of the company had asked for the destination address weeks before the wedding. It was also frustrating, because the car ride lasted less than ten minutes, which we couldnt even enjoy because my husband had to tell the driver where to turn. This may not seem like a big deal, but when you are paying $450 for a ten minute car ride, and you have given them the address beforehand, you expect to not have to do this. Then when we arrived at the hotel, the driver made no effort to get out of the car. A valet at the hotel ended up opening my car door. Again, this was poor service, but not a huge deal. When we arrived in our room, I noticed the picnic basket that the caterer had packed up for us was not delivered by the driver. I called the owner of the company, and after Tim was very rude, he finally told me he would call his driver and have it brought back to the hotel. Several minutes later, Tim called me and told me that the driver had dropped it off, so I should check with the hotel. I talked to several people at the front desk of the hotel, as well as the valet who let us out of the car, and no one had received the food. This hotel had given us impeccable service, and I have no doubt in my mind that they never received it. In fact, when we got out of the car, I would have seen the driver get out of the car and hand off the picnic basket, which never occurred. At this point I was irate, because we were hungry and the driver had stolen our $100/plate catering. The owner of the company had a too bad attitude with me and treated me like absolute garbage. I told him I wanted a partial refund, and he balked at that idea. At one point Tim even yelled, Look, my driver isnt lying to me. It took me hours to calm down after our conversations, and it ruined my wedding night. When we got back from our honeymoon, we had an email from the owner saying he had fired the driver, implying that he found out the driver had lied to him about the food. That was his resolution for us, that he had fired the driver. No offer to pay for the $200 worth of food that had been stolen from us or to make amends for the frustration they caused. The biggest problem with this company is their unwillingness to resolve issues. Even with the terrible service we received, if the owner Tim had been apologetic in any way or had offered a resolution, then the situation would have been resolved in my mind. However, he wanted to blame everyone else instead of taking responsibility. At one point in the conversation, he even blamed my wedding planner for not knowing the hotel address (which she did, and regardless, we had given it to Tim). Avoid this company at all costs. Save your money and frustration!

We used A White Rolls Royce for our getaway car. The car was awesome and everyone was very impressed. It definitely wrapped up a perfect day. The only downfall was that the driver was very impersonal and very determined to get us from point A to point B.

A white Rolls Royce was great! We got the silver Bentley to drive us away at our wedding! It made the perfect statement when everyone lined up outside! And when we came down the path way and got in it was so great! I do tell other brides, I had a pretty big dress and I still fit snug in the back. And comfortably with my new husband! I called twice to change my pick-up time and they were very willing to change the schedule, luckily, even with prom the same night. They squeezed my request in and it worked out perfect. The one thing that bothered me was that we paid all fees and gratuity before the night of the wedding and when the driver let us out he asked for the tip. I mentioned we had already paid that in full, but if he had a problem to contact us later...he never did. Other than that I would greatly recommend them to anyone looking for a fun ride and a loud statement!

I fell in love with this company's 56 White Bentley Sedan, so we decided to rent it as our getaway car. When it arrived, it appeared to be smoking from what we heard from our guests. We took our photos with the car and left to head to our airport hotel room. The car had a little trouble cranking, but I was on such a high from the wedding I didn't notice. As we left the driveway, the driver asked if we could give him directions to interstate. No big deal - we knew the area. The driver continued with telling us that they normally don't drive out this far (Kennesaw) and he didn't know how the reservation was accepted. Hrm...okay, not our problem, right? We get on interstate shortly there after, only to make it one exit down I-75. The driver pulls over and tells us that the car overheated. He pulls into a restaurant parking lot and asks us if there's anyone that can come pick us up. We paid for this company to get us somewhere, and they ask if there's someone that can come pick us up.I called my mom and she talked to the driver and pretty much said, we paid you for your service to get them from Point A to Point B - either you get a new car out to them or you pay for a taxi to get them where they need to go. So the driver went inside and called a cab company and paid for us to get to the hotel. When my parents called about a partial refund, seeing we had paid for 2 hours and really only got 45 minutes out of it...they offered them $100 back. Really...that wasn't even half of what we paid for the car. I'm highly disappointed with their service and do not recommend them for those looking to rent an older getaway car. Stay away ladies - if they mess up, it'll be on you and not them, which isn't right.
